We've had a very bad experience with the billing for this Dental office. They over billed on a treatment. We asked them about it and they have been giving us the run around. At first they said they owed us one amount and then they changed their story several times. After going directly to our insurance we found that they over charged us by a few hundred dollars. The amount of effort we've had to put into getting our money is unacceptable. After sending the final explanation of benefits from our insurance they have decided to ignores us all together. Now we are going to have to file a complaint with our insurance and the dental board. No other dental office we've ever been to has made getting our money back so difficult. ANYONE who goes to this office should go through their benefits statements very carefully. They bill you for things and don't ask or explain it to you. HUGE WAST OF TIME AND MONEY.
