absolutely the worst. office staff is complacent & totally inept. had to call several times to get a prescription filled after having specifically come in to see Dr. Magee for the sole purpose of discussing this prescription. he simply never called it in then the office staff argued with me for almost a week that he had. to make things worse, this was for anti-anxiety medication. because I was not able to get the medication I needed, I had an anxiety attack in the office which was met with rudeness & me being told to leave despite the fact that I was pleading with staff for medication to combat my behaviour. the only reason I couldn't get it was because they refused to believe a mistake had been made or allow me to explain it to them. never any apology or kindness, just attitude. very disappointing to see medical staff treat issues of mental health so poorly in a time of national mental health crisis! absolutely the worst. office staff is complacent & totally inept. had to call several times to get a prescription filled after having specifically come in to see Dr. Magee for the sole purpose of discussing this prescription. he simply … More

I had to ask him multiple times to get him to schedule multiple appointments need to call him back more than 5 or 6 times to get them scheduled

Poor communication skills that almost killed me. Misdiagnosed me over multiple visits, told me it was "all in my head". I got a new doctor who decided to get extra bloodwork and a CT scan which both came back very abnormal. I quite literally nearly lost my life with him telling me that he already ran the relevant tests. Hopefully on the road to recovery now but the damage to my body has been done.
