Dr. Carter is a fantastic cataract surgeon. My vision is incredible after the procedure. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He gave me all of my options for lenses and technology and helped me pick the best one for me without any pressure.

Dr. Carter has clearly earned the respect and admirations of his patients. He takes the time to explain all the details to his patients. He is very well versed in his field. I would strongly recommend him for my family and friends.

Dr. Carter’s exam was very thorough and informative. He is clearly very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and made me feel very at ease with my condition. He took time explaining my diagnosis and treatment and I have recommended many of my friends to see Dr. Carter. His staff was also friendly and professional.

Wish I could say I could get an appointment to see doctor. I have been on the phone WAITING over an hour just to schedule an appointment. That is not normal. Have no idea how long the wait would be in the office. If you have plenty of time to waste have I got a doctor for you.

Routine check back as a glaucoma suspect patient. Dr Carter was on time, professional, efficient and took the time to listen and explain all his findings. I would definitely recommend him if you need an ophthalmologist.

I suffer from ANCA Vasculitis and Dr. Carter is following me for that, plus glaucoma.

This was a follow-up meeting to see if he infection was clearing up - it was and was nearly gone - no further need except to keep the eye drops going for 2 more weeks to insure no renewal.

Dr. Carter saw me for an emergency visit right before Christmas. I appreciate the time he spent with me. He was able to resolve the issue I was having with an infection below my right eye. He was kind, confident and competent. I recommend him.

Saw Dr. Carter for cataract surgery. His evaluation was very complete. He explained the procedure in detail and spent time explaining my options. Surgery was easy and the results are excellent!

I must have seen a different Dr. Carter than the other reviewers. The Dr. Carter I saw talked so fast about my condition, the information he had in my chart and how he would treat my condition in the future that I could barely follow what he was saying! He never asked me if I had any questions so I had to blurt them out when he paused long enough to take a breath. The so-called exam he gave me ( where he checked the pressure in my eyes among other things) lasted approximately 2 minutes.

This was my first visit, he was very carefull to listen to my issues, not eager to pressure me into any procedure. Appointment was on time, very rare these days.

Wonderful care, wonderful results

My visit began with the nurse, Janet, who was cordial and efficient. Dr. Carter was pleasant and reviewed my history with me. He explained what he was doing and why he had to do certain tests. I asked him about one of my concerns and he was supportive, giving me a script for medication if I needed it in the next year. He said that if my symptoms were worse than in the past, he would like to see me in the office. He told me that I had two cataracts and if they begin to bother me, I should let him know. Otherwise, he would see me in a year. I think that he is a great addition to the practice!

Dr. Carter is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The staff was great too. I appreciate that Dr. Carter took every step necessary to assess the the health of my eyes.

First met Dr. Carter 5/3/2019 for a routine eye exam. I was very pleased with Dr. Carter. He was very thorough and took time explaining things to me.
