I think the visit and procedure were a good experience. I just did not like the fact that we never received a post surgery call. Usually when ever a procedure of any sort is done, A staff member will call later that day just to make sure the patient is doing well. Even my veterinarian will call to check up on my dog. It makes people think you care and it also is way a to reach out to the family in case we have any additional questions or concerns

5 stars to Dr Liu's hygienist, Lida. I was previously a big fan of Dr. Liu. More recently, I have noticed that he has become less patient and more condescending with my child. His skills are meticulous but his attitude needs to be improved. I hope this review helps to improve his bedside manner. Otherwise I will be taking my business elsewhere.
