Poor quality care and terrible communication. I went on a day they were short staffed. Waited 1.5 hours for 5 minutes with the doctor. Neither he nor his nurse explained anything about prescribed blood work until I started asking questions as the nurse was on her way out the door. When I called 6 different times to receive the results of my lab work, they refused to give them to me unless I saw the doctor. I finally got my results directly from the lab. When I called my insurance to explain the charges, the doctor's office had submitted codes for a health condition that wasn't discussed and that I don't even have. I believe when a person is looking for a Doctor to look after their care, the Doctor himself should show empathy and show some intrest. Its sad to say but I feel that when you end up in the hospital is the day you will know if you got a good Doctor or a bad Doctor. As far as for Dr. Nagavali. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I am my fiancee caretaker. Not once did he explain anything that was going on with my fiancee health. He seemed so much more interested readying his newspaper and watching our t.v. in the room. There is so much more I can say). Love yourself and your family PLEASE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Very caring doctor. I feel he always goes above and beyond for me and my husband and also very friendly staff.

Dr. Nagavalli gave me the attention that I've been seeking from a doctor. He is the most knowledgable and experienced doctor who listens and is so friendly.

I moved to the Hanford area recently, after tried other physicians, found Dr Nagavalli, for much, the best Doctor that i found. Great physician, experience, knowledge and very personal relation with his patients. Thank you Doc!!

Best doctor in Hanford Ca that I know. When my husband had valley fever he figured it out even though the Hanford Hospital had already misdiagnosed my husband with something else. Dr. Nagavalli figured it out right away.

My dad was very sick with diabetes this is the best doctor in Hanford he put him on a regimen and saved his life. I owe him all the gratitude in the world, Thank you, Doctor.

He is by far the best MD in Hanford. He's always attentive, patient, actually listens to people's concerns, takes the time to address every concern, ensures the right treatment is given to patients, very professional, has saved my family's lives multiple times when no other doctor would take the time to figure out what was wrong.

I met Doctor S. Nagavalli back in 2008 while he was the attending physician in the emergency department at Hanford Community Hospital . My friends wife became ill and Doctor Nagavalli literally saved her life, later I became his patient and have never regretted my decision. He is one of the best and knowledgeable physicians that I've found.
