Beware of charges they don't tell you about till after your visit. I went in April for a check-up, teeth cleaning, and x-rays, all covered by my health insurance. Today I received a notice of denial of payment from my insurance for $10 the doctor's office is charging for protective gear. When I called the doctor's office, I was told that some insurance companies pay for it and some don't, and if they don't pay, they will charge the patient. Before and during my visit I was not informed that I would have to pay $10 for their protective gear. I brought my own face mask as requested. Before my visit I gave them my health insurance name, phone number, URL for the website, and my member number. So they could find out what was covered by the insurance, but now I am expected to pay for the face masks of the doctor, assistant, and office person without being informed about it beforehand. I cancelled my appointment for 6 months from now.

Dr. Alexander's practice is the finest with respect to treating there patients needs in a courteous manner, with the satisfaction that you have gotten the best care available, anywhere.
