I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Ali in August and the appointment is Oct 15, which is almost two months later. I didn't mind about that because it is going to be annual check up and not an emergency matter. However, today Oct 6, 2020, the medical office called me to cancel my appointment telling me that Dr. Ali is not taking new patient, and this is not my fault and they ask me to contact my family doctor and get me another referral my self. They would not do anything for me. This is ridiculous and this is really wrong. This doesn't even worth a one star, if there is negative, I would give this office a negative star.

This is one of the worst doctors ever i can never get an appt shes hardly in the office and in order for me to get a 4 pm appt ot literally takes 1 month

I went in today for a first visit. She was not friendly and was really rude. Not even half way through the visit I was ready to leave because I really felt that this was just a waste of time. I didn't want to be rude so I stayed and thanked her at the end and went on my way. As soon as i got in the car I called my insurance company to see if I could switch as she clearly didn't really care to help and was unable to answer any of my questions or concerns. This doctor needs a better interaction with the patients. Not a warm person at all. It would be nice to see a doctor that is warm and caring .

This Dr. is not a Dr. I'd recommend to anyone. She is not sensitive at all to her patient needs. She talks but does not listen. She made all kinds of excuses as to why she did not want to do a procedure that she is trained to do. She blamed it on the fact that I live far from her office. Not a good Dr. I left there feeling so down.

Dr. Suneetha Ali is not a caring Dr. at all. She is very insensitive and unprofessional. She did not listen to anything I had to say about my issue. She refused to do a procedure because she said that I lived to far and that she was not sure if my insurance would cover the hospital that she would have to do the procedure at. She didn't even check to see if it would cover she just went on her assumption. I left there feeling bad about myself because of the way she talked to me.
