Very good weight loss program

I waited 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment only to be told by Dr Ram that I have to wait 3 more weeks before I can be seen again even though I lost 5lbs since my last visit I will not be returning it's been very difficult since Dr Ram been there.

I have been going to Dr Chou for quit some time now with amazing results... however the weight comes back on because they never answer their phones . I call 30-40 times a month with no answer. I usually only end up going once every 6 months because thats when they finally pick up the phone

It is SO difficult to get through on the phone. It either rings non stop or I get a message that says call cannot be completed as dialed. This happens, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I CALL. It takes over an hour sometimes to finally get through. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time just to talk to someone for less than a min to make an appt. Can't just stop in and talk to someone to get an appt when your 45mins away It is SO difficult to get through on the phone. Very prompt service! Dr Chou's office is always so friendly and they were able to get me in almost immediately for my refills! I absolutely recommend.

This man prescribed my sister diet pills that did a tremendous amount of damage. She is required to take heart medicine for the rest of her life

How can I get an appointment?

How do we schedule appointments, their fb page is down and no one answers the phone?!! I need to schedule...

Are they still open? Fb page is down and office is still saying closed until further notice. Wondering if they are still doing pick ups? Or how do I get ahold of someone?

Are they open? They were doing appointment only through Facebook but now their Facebook is gone? Voicemail just states they are closed due to Covid restrictions?

How can I get ahold of you? Thr phone is always busy nonstop. I had contact through fb then ya'll left that and never answer the phone.

Love it always have great success with this program. Right now can't get through. Facebook page is down, phone still has message to go to facebook page because office is closed due to COVID but was able to get refills no shot with appt. I will be sad if this is closed for good

I think they could figure out a way to make it easier to pull in and out of the parking lot entrance and exit. It’s manageable I guess. Overall 5 star service!

The people there are very friendly, the doctor is kind and understanding. I feel very welcome there and I've I'm going there on and off for many years. Good way to kick-start your weight loss.

I've been going to Dr. Chou for a little over a year and changed eating habits with exercise. I have lost a total of 40lbs. I was at size 16/17 to size 9 now. All my clothes I swim in and love it!! There are weeks I do not need to go but when I feel myself slipping back into poor eating and feel like I'm gaining some weight back I start it back up again and get back on track. It says 12 weeks yet you have given it to my wife for 6 months. It has helped her lose weight but it also cause her to be very irritable and irrational. It's no wonder no family doctor will prescribe this crap. How long are you going to give it to her, until our marriage is destroyed or she is dead? How about teach her other ways to lose weight now. I've lost 42 pounds in a shorter amount of time than she has and I'm not taking no dang pill.

I have lost a totally of 75 pounds in the past year thanks to Dr. Chou! I went from a size 13 in pants to a size 3. And I've kept the weight off it really does work. And not to mention the staff is great!!! I definitely recommend this place if you're trying to lose weight.

The meds really help with weight loss but just like everything else you have to want to do it and have the mind set for it. I've went three sessions and getting ready to go back for my fourth because I use it to jump start my weight loss. (Gained weight due to pregnancies). With going regularly, diet and exercise I normally lose 5-10 pounds my 1st week, 5 pounds a week for a few weeks and 2ish pounds a week when I get to months 3 & 4. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get into this place third time they've mest up on my times then they say well can you reschedule am done

The nurse was rude! Every time I go to one certain room I supposedly lost weight, then the other room I always gain weight, the meds don't work it's just a big scam!

Seeing the review about the meds dont work...you're right they don't work unless you work. They help curb the appetite but do not do the work for you. As for rude staff, if you have not brought this to their attention how can they fix a situation before you leave public negativity you should make them aware of the situation

It really works!!! Lost weight fast....

Within 4 months I've lost 30-35 pounds! I feel great and have a lot more energy. I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I would ever be in sizes 0 pants!

I have been with Dr. Chou and his amazing staff off and on for 12 years. Every time I need a kick start, I go and....off I go!! Have lost a total of 40 some pounds throughout the years, and for the most part kept it off! The customer service is great!!

Lost 10lbs no problem jump starts my metabolism and gives me energy.
