This place is a joke. I work in a doctor office and if it was ran the way they run theirs, it would get a major house cleaning done. I had my sleep test almost 2 months ago. Got in to see the CNP a month after that. They "sent" the CPAP order to Ohio Health that day. Here we are going on 3 weeks later and Ohio Health still hasn't received the order, dispite me calling the doctor office at least 3 times about it. So when I told them to just send it to a different pharmacy on Monday. I called Tuesday, and they told me the doctor has to sign off on it and he's not in on Tuesday's and it might get done by Wednesday. As soon as I get my information I need I will be switching to a different doctor This place is a joke. Back in 1999 I got deathly sick with spinal meningitis Dr.Vaidya found it in time to save my life can't thank her enough

dont expect fast call backs....

Your just another person to this office, the dr seemed like a robot, he just talks to you like a recorded message and doesn't explain anything. The nurses don’t call you back and when you mention that they yell at you and never admit they didn’t do their job. I’d rather deal with the sleep apnea than this office.

If you enjoy micromanaging an office staff to get appointments and sleep studies scheduled then, you will love this place. Also, if you have diabetes; they don’t care he will prescribe medications that have warnings to not prescribe it to patients with such. This is your fair warning about this place. Do not waste your time.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This doctor is a sad excuse for one and shouldn’t hold the title! He did absolutely nothing for my mother but prolong her illness! He didn’t even take the time to listen to her and the symptoms she had but just prescribed her some medication that had nothing to do with her lung issue! Would Not recommend! The nurses are absolutely wonderful but the doctor is extremely difficult to understand, has absolutely no bedside manner, and answers his cell in the middle of consultations and just walks out. He’s a sleep doctor, not an on-call trauma surgeon. That’s uncalled for. He later stood up to conclude the last appointment and asked if I had questions - he hadn’t even stated if I had sleep apnea or not. The whole reason I was there and he had to be asked for clarification. If you have a choice, choose another doctor. Had the greatest experience with Doctor Vaidya! He did a wonderful job with my Bronchoscope, would not be afraid to go through this experience again. Highly recommend for lungs.

Was treating my wife for apnea. Had her go to the 2 lab visits,then totally lost the results from the second night. Have been trying to get everything lined up to get cpap for almost a month now,ALL of the phone calls/foot work done by us,not them. I'm almost ready to give up and try somewhere else,I believe I'll notify the insurance company how worthless this Dr. was. His staff is just as incompetent as he is.

He is funny and fun at my appointments and he helps me do better with my life. Thank you Dr.

Definitely knows and detects sleep apnea issues. Answers all questions. I wanred to see the actual sleep results, but he didn't offer I didn't ask. Office staff courteous and efficient.

Saw this doctor while staying in the hospital. He spent most of the time he was in my room looking at himself in the mirror beside my chair. I don't think he paid much attention to the things I was trying to tell him. Also when I went to his office, the women that work at the front desk are EXTREMELY rude and condescending. They would not listen to me or let me get a word in. I left the office and decided never to go back again!
