Sunita Dwivedy Nasta

I wouldn't leave a single star for Dr. Sunita Nasta if only that was an option on this site! My family had a highly traumatic experience with Dr. Nasta when she was assigned to care for one our our severely ill family members. Dr. Nasta's bedside manner was terrible. She didn't take time to our answer questions, and she was rude when we asked her for further information or more substantive explanations. Her unprofessionalism was truly baffling. She didn't even take the time to deliver the cancer diagnosis in person! We were left to read the diagnosis ourselves, which she had written on some paperwork when our family member was finally discharged from the hospital. I would not recommend Dr. Nasta at all.

I've been in remission for 7 years now thanks to Dr Nasta. Dr Nasta was and still is a very big part of my journey. She left no stone unturned for me. She still answers all my questions, addresses all my concerns. She never rushes me. I m truly grateful for her.

Brought my mother to UPenn six years ago for Dr Nasta to treat her mantle cell lymphoma. My mom ended up passing away ten and a half months later. I truly believe my mom would have still been here if it wasn’t for Dr Nasta’s negligence. My mom was inpatient at UPenn for probably 75% of the time she was fighting the disease. Dr Nasta didn’t bother to come see my mother in person until she was in ICU on a ventilator and only had a day to live. Such a lack of communication between Dr Nasta and her colleagues who were treating my mom. No one could ever give you an answer about anything. You want to save your life or your loved ones life? Dr. Sunita Nasta is excellent! She treated my daughter through her lymphoma while she was pregnant and my daughter is in remission and my granddaughter is going on 3 years old and just amazing! I could never thank her enough for the care she gave my daughter and continues to give her as she will continue her followups every few months with Dr Nasta. We were very blessed since the the day my daughter walked into Penn and met Dr Nasta Dr. Sunita Nasta is excellent! Dr. Nasta has been treating me for about 13 years for non-Hodgins Lymphoma...I have a lot of confidence in her...She is very knowledgeable and also very pleasant...

Dr. Nasta is a terrific clinician, well-regarded in her field, and has saved my life.

Doctor Nasta is an amazing doctor who saved not only my life, but my child's too as I was pregnant with lymphoma. She was always calm, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. She answered my late night calls during treatment when I was sick, answered my tons of questions during appointments, and they always fit me in immediately when I had issues. I cannot reccomend her highly enough!
