During Coronavirus, the office staff are welcoming and comforting. Dr Grover is one of the only ortho’s in the area open and servicing patients in office and tele-visits are also offered. I can’t tell you how much my knees appreciate the quality of care and dedication to service him and his staff have for people in pain despite the epidemic happening around us.

He did a great job last year in surgically repairing the broken arm and torn rotator cuff of my elderly mother, who had fallen down the stairs. I, the daughter, found him to be a wonderful doctor to confer with and be advised by. Very impressive and fiine man.

The staff is fantastic. Nicest bunch of girls I've ever met. So helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dr grover was great easy to speak with and helped me understand what I needed to do to help my problem. I highly recommend this place for your knee pain.

The waiting is horrific. Edison office is run down needs modifications. The air system doesn’t work patient rooms are unbearably hot and when you have to wait in the awhile it’s awful. He was friendly when entering the room and explained things to me. I don’t like how he spoke to his staff in front of me. I found that extremely rude and felt horrible for the woman he didn’t even let her speak. The staff was welcoming and kind. But the bad out weighs the good.

Dr is always late. ALWAYS late never has courtesy for patients waiting in the office. Makes us wait an hour if not more. Also, twice he has mentioned money at the front desk in front the patient and others around. That is the biggest violation of someone’s privacy. Never going back. I highly recommend you stay away

The office staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Every time I call the office they always answer quickly and return my calls. Highly recommend them! The doctor is always very knowledgeable, professional and helpful as well.

In my first visit we waited for 3hrs to see the Dr. My appointment was canceled twice both times about 5mint before the appointment time. I was in their parking lot when I received cancellation call both times. Staff is very rude. And I drew for over and hour to get to his office.And I will never ever go back to him. I will never believe any positive review about Thai MD

Good doctor but horrible wait times for scheduled appointments. Seems like they overbook and hope half the appointments don’t show up. We’ve waited between 1.5 to 2 hours to even see the inside of an exam room.

This is the first time I have used Dr. Grover and I am very satisfied . I had left knee replacement and it went well. I would recommend Dr Grover

I have been a patient of Dr. Grover for several years now. Every treatment and test Dr. Grover recommended I have has been "Spot On" I trust his opinion %100. Since I have been injured the nightmare with Medical records, referrals, MRI and CT scan approvals ect. If it wasn't for Angela from Dr. Grover's Edison office I would have Lost My Mind a long time ago. Angela is always a pleasure to talk to and whatever issue I have she solves my problem. i have many complaints about this place. First off you wait HOURS to see him for him to take 2 to 3 minutes with you. He offers no water doesn't even have a water cooler the place is run down. Smell like mold, And the #1 reason is money hungry. He spoke in front of ppl about a pts bills and insurance NEVER in my life have I seen that I was embarrassed for the woman. Doesn't care about peoples time or pain. Only about himself and money. Never going back.

Waited 45 minutes and didn't see anyone in the waiting room go into the back. I asked how much longer and they said the doctor wasn't even in the building, they didn't know where he was. Many people walked out, like me.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to see Dr. Grover, for my first appointment i waited an hour to be brought in room then an additional 48 minutes to see him, second appointment waited 1 1/2 hour then additional hour in waiting room, which i went to front desk to ask why i was brought in room if doctor is not ready. I feel that he didn't help me @ all and do not plan to return to see him.

I took my mom to Dr Grover after she broke her hip. While he is a competent doctor we were very dissatisfied at the length we needed to wait for each and every follow up appointment. Obviously emergencies can happen and doctors can be delayed but to wait for 2 hours till doctor comes in room each and every visit (4 visits) is completely unacceptable. Such a disregard for patients and their caregivers time is inexcusable.
