This dr took over my case when I was in the hospital,he was fast friendly and so helpful and very reasonable and did the correct testing and checked up on me and always communicate with me and was totally attentive and proactive and professional! From here on out I will have him take over my cardiac care!

Very calm, patient and asks a of important questions. He also takes the time to listen to your answers. He seems to be well versed in his specialty and once I entered his exam room and spoke with him I had good confidence that I was being treated by the right physician.

I have seen Dr. Surender Vuthoori for over a year now, and I am very glad to be moving. He is the only local cardiologist that my insurance would refer me to, or else I would have gone elsewhere. I don't think that I ever waited less than an hour and a half for an appointment. I have waited over 3.5 hours just to be seen. There have also been two separate occasions where I had been waiting for an hour for my appointment, with the waiting room full to the brim, only to find that he wasn't even here. He often arrives even two hours after his first appointment should have started. It has been impossible to get my records transferred. I have asked at 3 separate appointments for hard copies as well, and each time been unsuccessful. He also came to work with the flu once, which subsequently infected my entire family. He is a CARDIOLOGIST, working with people who have heart problems, and he decided that it was a good idea to come to work sick with a fever and the flu to infect his patients? Also, I hate to say it, but his accent is so thick that I cannot understand a word he says. The only good thing that I can say is that he has some great receptionists. Misdiagnosed and mistreated at hospital. Required many office visits and constant tests. Vague about diagnosis. Prescribed numerous medications that were dangerous and unnecessary. I did not discover the errors until a year after I started seeing this doctor. My insurance changed and this doctor dumped me so I had to find a different heart doctor. The new doctor looked at my old medical records and did an exam on me and informed me I had been misdiagnosed,

Dr Vuthoori is awesome. He has a calm caring way about him. He listens to me and is proactive with test but slow to prescribe meds. Since they have two offices full of patients they are treating, I expect to wait in the office.
