Several years ago all 5 metatarsals in my foot were crushed in a auto accident. She performed surgery and essentially rebuilt my foot. Today I can use my foot normally and except for faded scars there's no indication I was ever injured.

I arrived 20 minutes early because I knew I had to have an X-ray. I was called back, x-ray, saw the doctor, checked out, and back in my car before my appointment time. Fastest doctor appointment I have ever been to.

She has horrible bedside manners and can care less about what you have to say about your condition. Spends little to no time and shows no concern over your care. Her observation of your condition supersedes to whatever you might think is wrong with your body. Her nurses and cast room spend more time with you than she does....glad she is gone from Campbell!!!!

She given me all her time and patience and made sure I recover correctly and she give me the most honest answer ever she told me that it was normal I was still walking in a limping kind of way but she has no crystal ball so she will have no answer to when I will walk correctly she’s one amazing doctor

Do not waste your time going to this lady. She is not personable at all and does not listen to the patient's concerns. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Please go find another dr that actually takes the time to understand what is going on with you.

Sue Ishikawa is a proud woman who feels that her views on an issue are the only ones that could ever be right. I refused to live my life in a double metal upright because she felt that a person who makes prostetics for a living might have a better idea. I understand you are a female minority in a male dominated role but you just might be the worst ortho I've encountered in 22 years of needing one.

Dr Ishikawa is a great dr. She cured a heel problem I had for 15 years & felt I would have the rest of my life. She is up front & let’s you know that if you want to cure your problem you need to commit to the treatment & the time it will take to see results. She is a no nonsense dr which I like and appreciate. I didn’t seek her out to be my friend but to cure my heel problem & that’s just what she did. Thank you Dr Ishikawa !

Dr Susan Ishikawa is the worst dr at Campbell Clinics collierville location. If you care about your family member don't see her! My mom saw her this morning with broken toe and was not given any pain pills and the dr was cold and uncaring. My mom is in excruciating pain and now I have to take her someplace else. I have a Lisfranc fracture, went to Campbell Clinic after hours. I was i pressed with 1st vIlsit with Dr. Ribert Mliller, however CTI staff rude, and appt staff rude. Ultimately given an appointment with Dr Ishikawa. We were very impressed with her knowledge, diagnoisis and care of my injury. She cared about my well being and explained the injury indepth to my husband and I. Surgery was necessary and scheduled immediately due to nature of injury. I highly recommend Dr Ishikawa and staff.

I was wary at my first appointment with Dr. I because of the criticisms I read here. But I was very impressed with this doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and not in the least uncaring. She simply talks quickly and gives you a lot of information. I made sure to repeat back her instructions and write them down, which helped a lot. She was very patient and didn't try to rush through the appointment at all, but I had to be proactive and set the pace. An AMAZING doctor!!!

She evidently read my chart before she came in, which most doctors don't, because she reminded me of another health condition I need to take care of. Also, she did not schedule another appointment unless I need it, unlike many doctors who use patients as a money stream. Explained situation well and was very sensible.

Ishikawa is not a personable doctor. She doesn't care what you think doesnt make you feel at ease. She had a bad attitude when i asked her opinion about my health concerns.

Dr Ishikawa spends almost no time with her patients and doesn't want to hear what they think. If you want a doctor who cares, keep looking.

Dr. Ishikawa doesn't spend much time with patients at all and doesn't listen to what they have to say. She delegates 'listening' to other members of her staff and she shows up for a few minutes at a time and almost avoids contact with the patient.
