Dr. Susan Lis

My father had a stroke, and we were so so lucky to be brought to Dr. Lis. I have never in all my years met a doctor that cares so much about her patients. Dr. Lis is the medical director in charge of her PMnR team. It's clear that she has been practicing for as long as she has, because she is so knowledgeable. She met with me for extra sessions to explain what happened in his brain and the care my father would need, and to review the therapies we would need to do together. She asked so many questions to understand our situation and make sure that when my father left he would be in the best possible care. It was an impossible time and I wouldn't have been able to handle everything without Dr Lis and her team.

One of the most caring, smartest Rehab Doctor I have ever come across. Dr. Lis and Her Team were phenomenal at getting me back on my feet from my Heart attack and nerve tingle in my arm from the surgery. She found there was a blood clot and took all the precautions to get me well. I can't Thank her enough for her care, kindness and compassion. Always treated me with the most respect. I can't say enough or Thank her and the 6th Floor for the care they gave me. It's been a year and I am better then I ever was, Thank you Doctor Lis!! your truly a Gem. Sue Calhoun
