Dr. Susan J Robertson

Although I haven’t seen her in a while she is one of the best doctors ever. I’ve been going to this practice for over 40 year. The staff is very good!

I've been going to Dr. Robertson for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed. She and her office are professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Robertson is also very thorough, spends the time needed with the patient, and is caring. The office is well-managed, somehow keeping appointments on-time.

Been my doctor for a decade and a wonderful human being.

I have gone to this practice for approx three years. I have been disappionted with the care i have received. I selected this clinic because it was close to my home and covered under my insurance at the time. My first visit my doctor was breif and hesitant to give information about the lump I discovered causing alot of pain. I was redirected to a specialist where I found out I had a aggresive stage 3 breast cancer. I spent over a year in the care of team of specialists who luckly where able to save my arm and my life. Once returning to this clinic. I wad not welcomed back warmly. My PCP had retired and moved on leaving mye to find another PCP. I WAS SUPRISED TO FIND the female doctor I choose to be booked up for three months or more at times sense no one was in the eaiting room. I was on pain meds due to post surgical pain. Then aftet more investigation that I was told I need more surgery by other specialists. Each time I have called in for a pain med I was teated rudely. I have been written letters of complaint to the office manager and the head MD. The rudness has continued. It treated as if addicted to drugs. I jumped through all their loop to obtain breake through pain meds. They required drug testing that I pasted through with on problem. I have never been so humiliated. I was cut down from 30 tabs a month to 20 every two months and now 20 every three months. I am in alot of pain . I cry ar night and cant sleep because after a day of work ithe srea swells and throbs at a level 10 ain throw the night. I have not been able to get surgery because i have to lose more than one 100 lbs first. I have been unablle to find a surgon who will do the surgury bevause of my wieght .While working to find a Surgeon I need the pain med to allow me to sleep inorder to work. Each time I call gor go see the MDs their they have no idea who I am nor any thing about my case even though all my medical history for more than 10 years has been sent to them. They realy juist dont seem to care. It appears as if this clinic is only good for virus related issues. If you need an antibiotic? well lets just say, good luck getting a Rx for on. I have had a terrible time with this clinic. I have also notice a decline in the number of patients waiting in the lobby as well. That is ususlly a sign patients have decided to go else were. HERES THE CLINCHER - IM A NURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I have told the clinic I am looking for another PCP. No one cared. I have gone to this practice for approx three years. I had been under the care of an outstanding physician. I had to switch because my company switched insurance plans. I found Dr. Robertson to be both insensitive and condescending. She gave a lecture instead of asking questions and listening. My condition was already being well managed, with both consideration for my profession and financial situation. Dr. Robertson showed no such compassion. Needless to say, I'll be searching for another physician.

Doctors should aspire to be the complete, all around, wonderful doctor that Dr Robertson is. She cares! She listens! She is there for you when you need her! On top of that, she is extremely intelligent. Her willingness to never give up in the pursuit of making someone feel better is one of her best attributes. If you want a family doctor that actually cares about their patients, then Dr Robertson is for you! As my kid put it, 'She is rated the Best Doctor in the World!'. Maybe not officially, but to those who have been to way too many cold, sterile M.D.'s that like to blame the patient, Dr Robertson stands way far above the crowd.She is a model for the way doctors should be.

Dr Robertson is the best doctor I have seen and is willing to think outside the box. She spends alot of time with you and listens. Highly regarded!
