Dr. Susan Pauline Welgrin

Have been seeing her for as long as I can remember , she always is there to listen (really listen) and get to know the root of your problems and symptoms. She is nice and caring and I always feel confident I will feel better after seeing her. Way better than these pro health/urgent care places. She’s the best !

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Welgrin for fifteen years. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good internist or a good walk-in office.

Absolutely, undeniable the single worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Simply the worst. Do not recommend to anyone ever, regardless of condition or urgency. Please go to any other doctor nearby, there are tons of other doctors in the area that are better.

Every-time I’ve been here Dr. Welgrin and her staff have been excellent.

This doctor is very preachy, so if you don’t want to hear her opinions about matters you’re not there to see her for, do not go! She’s an immediate care physician who thinks she’s a doctor with a dedicated practice and patients that she’s known for years. Very uncomfortable visit!

Dr. Welgrin in very knowledgeable and personable. I plan to use her practice more often in the future.

Dr Welgrin is professional, knowledgeable and never rushes her patients.

Couldn't be Better! Dr. Welgrin has been my doctor for 12 years. Although it is a urgent care office, I have never needed a doctor and was unable to see her-no appointments necessary, no appointments taken. She is a top notch diagnostician and dedicated to her patients. After all, how many physicians work 7 days a week?

Clean office, reasonable wait time, thorough explanation, I trust Dr. Welgrin and consider her my primary care doctor.

I would not recommend this office. The lab they are working with charged me 1121,20 dollars for a simple blood work, even I got told multiple times that it will be 150 dollars tops plus the coupon I'm getting will bring the bill down to 40-50 dollars. Now 3!! month later I recieved the lab bill and this doctors office is telling me they never told me a price before and this is a normal price for a blood work? They lie to their clients and refuse to even take a look at the bill.

I recently used this office when I got sick on a weekend. I did need to wait but it was as a "walk in". The office staff was pleasant and the doctor was knowledgeable and welcoming. What impressed me most was the follow up. I called the office regarding the medication I was taking and the nurse, Paula , spoke to me and followed up the next day to see how I was feeling. You may expect that from a doctor's office but it often does not happen. I would definitely use this office again and would recommend it. By the way, no problem with accepting my insurance! Just some friendly advice. Before you see a doctor you should always look at your insurance policy and see if you have any deductibles. If a doctor is in your network, you may still be responsible for any deductibles or coinsurance you have on your policy, whether it be an In-Network or Out-of- Network deductible. Believe it or not it is the patients responsibility to know what their coverage is, regardless of what the doctors office says. With all the insurance companies out there and the hundreds of policies each one has, it is impossible for anyone other than the patient to know if the doctor takes their insurance.
