Dr Wingo treated my mother (75 year old senior)so rudely and was very disrespectful that my mother stopped going to her. What poor service!!

This is the worst doctor you could choose. She doesn’t care about her patients, she's lazy, and rude. gives bad health advice she doesn't even follow herself. She will make things worse for you. Choose another doctor, or you will be stuck with her.

Either the office staff can't download information from an insulin pump or the doctor can't read a report from a pump. The doctor refused to see me because I didn't bring a glucometer report would be redundant.. I kept asking for a cogent explanation for the reaswhy the pump report wasn't sufficient. I was only told it was the office's policy. I was told to leave after asking for additional information. Obviously the office is not able to take care of patients with an insulin pump. Pretty stubborn relies o. Text results on paper irrelevant of how the patient feels. Our bodies are all different and she just will not listen

If I could leave negative stars I would. Dr Wingo refused to see my mother in law as a patient because she exercised her CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to not get the Covid vaccine. It’s truly a disgrace when your doctor doesn’t care about your personal medical decisions.

Dr.Wingo was rude and asked that I stop saying ma’am. Quickly Found another Dr!

I have nothing nice to say about this place or Dr. Susan Wingo! My husband was a type 2 diebetic when he was sent to Dr. Wingo. The first day we seen her she gave my husband an insulin shot in her office....I was flabbergasted and my husband and I were not even given a chance to discuss this...that day my husband got sick and then spent 9 days in the hospital. My husband is now insulin dependant and continues to be sick with violent episodes of sickness!!! This was 11 years ago... She ruined our lives she should NOT be allowed to practice!! This office including front office personnel and Doctors have gone beyond their duties to help my dad through his medical issues!

I was seeing Dr. Wingo for 3 month followup on diabetes and thyroid. She sits to be eye level with me and asks how I am doing. I feel free to discuss what is happening in my multiple disease processes. She asks if I have received my COVID vaccination She explored why and we had a detailed discussion on the why and why not issues. I am a retired RN. She was very knowledgeable of key points and some more subtle issues. I appreciated her time and knowledge.

It was a one and done. Woman is crude and obnoxious. Wait time can be hours and she won't spend over 5-10 minutes with you when she finally decides to appear. I will not go back to her.

Absolutely horrible! She ignores what you say. She ignores what labs say "because they arent to what she considers high/low". She is incredibly rude and lazy! Her poor staff is constantly appologizing for her.

Her office has treated my mother with pure disrespect. My mother needs a certain kind of medicine and she refuses to do what is necessary to make sure she gets it! Don't go to her! Find somewhere else to go!

Dr Wingo was polite, listened to me scheduled a thyroid biopsy. She was gentle in doing the thyroid biopsy, she was calming.

This women is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever went to. My PCP sent me to her to get my high thyroid problem taking care of. He sent me there with lab results showing my thyroid being high. Susan Wingo went on to tell me I do not have a high thyroid because it’s not to her standards of being high and worth treating. This women goes on to tell me she believes I have another underlying problem Which would be drug use. I’m not in any way a drug user, I was insulted and absolutely embarrassed. Also very confused, I had lab work proving my thyroid was high. Susan Wingo was absolutely rude to me and had a terrible way of educating me on her decision she was making. I would not recommend her to anyone EVER.

Dr. Wingo was the most unprofessional specialist I've seen by far. She not only refused to treat me in the area I needed treatment but she also wrongfully accused me of living a bad lifestyle. While trying to play personal therapist with me she failed to help me with my underlying issue that brought me to her office primarily. Malpractice at it's finest. This woman has absolutely destroyed my thoughts and beliefs towards what the true goal of doctors are. I suggest if ever you need someone in her line of work, you DO NOT go to Dr. Wingo!!

A quality endocrinologist at a convenient location. There is a handicap access entrance. Then, only a short distance straight ahead to suite 106.

I took my husband to her for dangerously low blood sugar. He has Alzheimer's. We were accompanied by my sister-in-law. My sister-in-law and I were both favorably impressed with Dr. Wingo. She was nice and very thorough, and we felt she was very competent. Neither my sister-in-law nor I would hesitate to go to her. Everyone was very patient with my husband's disability.

Dr Wingo was knowledgable. Throughly explained everything Informed me what blood tests and why they were necessary! I like her humor! I am a very knowledaable patient and not once did she rub me the wrong way I genuinely like her!

I've given her 3 opportunities to change my initial impression & it hasn't happened. Required to arrive 20 min. before any appointment, then wait 15-45 more in the lobby & after about 30 more min. you might get 15 min. of her time. And don't expect to get your lab results from their "in house" lab any time soon. It takes her close to 2 wks to review them & decide on the course of treatment. I've never felt more like a dollar sign in my life. Stay away from this office if you want medical CARE!!

Dr. Wingo is not very personable and her nurse practitioner is rude. Her nursing staff neglected to give her the message that my insulin prescription was expired and allowed me to go 8 hours without insulin. I have since fired her as my doctor.
