Poor patient care. States she would get back with me after reviewing test results. Didn’t happen. No follow up care, no plan of care. I feel totally abandoned and I still have medical problems which need resolution. My PCP called and fax’s her for records and her plan of care. She never even replied to my physicians requests. This is unacceptable and non-professional. Would not recommend her to anyone. She is retiring 12/31/21.

AWFUL service! Go ANYWHERE else! I scheduled my appointment 4 months in advance while with my referring physician. They today suddenly had no record of my appointment. My Dr called and said they helped set it up. They didn't care, didn't help me get in. 4 months with neurological issues to be treated like garbage. I have heard so many good things about her and was excited for my appointment. I made an appointment in March and she couldn’t get me in until July. so I waited 4 months and 3 days before my scheduled appointment, I was notified she wasn’t working wednesdays anymore so they automatically rescheduled me for that monday. So I called back and said I couldn’t do monday’s because I have a full time job and took wednesday off already to make my appointment. her next availability isn’t until the end of October. it’s annoying that if I was late or a no show she would charge me a fee, but 3 days before after waiting 4 months already, and getting a migraine once a week, all I get it to bad so sad. My husband had stroke like symptoms. After an ER visit he was referred to Dr. Zimmerman for followup. His blood work showed markers that were positive for a rare auto immune disease. Dr .Zimmerman dismissed the blood work and diagnosed him with depression only. She had the blood work redone and it still showed positive markers. Yet she continued to diagnose him with depression only. When we went to a specialist for a 2nd opinion, she sent a letter to the specialist saying i dont know why they are going through all this, I have already diagnosed him with depression only. We will not be going back.

Called Dr office with a paper order from Dr Lim and they refused to see me.(I was ok waiting until they had an open spot) Office staff was very rude. Told me that she does not know who my dr is “so good luck”

The visit felt rushed. I felt brushed off. However; Dr. Zimmerman is highly educated, & intelligent; if this is what you are looking for, she’s perfect for you! Really disappointed with staff here. Dr Zimmerman seems like a very kind and well educated doctor but these women running the front... Unkind, dare I say rude? Messed up my appointment scheduling, not my fault and yet still charged me the fee. I hate this medical bs. It's so unfair.

She is a great doctor and I have been going to her for years. Everyone is very friendly in her office.

Dr. Zimmerman talks extremely fast. So sometimes it's hard to digest what she is saying before she has moved on to the next item of business. But, with that said I found my visit informative and helpful. Hope to find out what my problem is on my next visit.

Always perform a thorough examination, discusses pro active measurements and suggestions. Straight to the point, although a little too fast sometimes but overall very satisfied with my doctor.

Feel like I got got some answers to my health problems. I got the new Rx venlafaxine that really helps with my dizziness as soon as I learn how to use it. I think it’s too strong for me... I have to cut in half. Pharmacy told me what to do. Any suggestion for a doctor to help with my speech?

I was 7 min late due to a traffic accident, not mine, enroute. I called ASAP and my appt was not cancelled. I found Dr. Zimmerman respectful, a good listener, thorough and direct to the point. All qualities very much appreciated.

Dr. Zimmerman is the only physician who has been able to manage my idiopathic neuropathy. She is extremely intelligent and does not waste time. My neuropathy is under control for the first time since I started having pain from neuropathy. So smart and helpful.

Dr Zimmerman was efficient, thorough and approachable. My impression was of competence and I felt I could put my full trust in her. She did not fail to also communicate warmth and reassurance. She should teach all doctors how it is done!

Efficient and well run appointments. Dr. Zimmerman takes the time to ensure understanding and that my needs are met, while respecting other waiting patients time as well. Not a good doctor at all. She talks down to you and my husband has been trying to get a refill on his prescription for the past 4 days. They keep hanging up on him or not answering the call. They told him it would be 24-48 hours for a prescription to be refilled, but we are past 72 hours now and he does not have medication. Awful service! Go with another neurologist people. My husband seen this doctor today because he was referred from the ER. For a 135.00 she will have you see your regular doctor. She seems to be overwhelmed with her patient load. I’m leaving 1 star because like someone else stated in here it’s he only way to leave a review. My first appointment she was so nice and welcoming. Now I know why. She just wanted my money. The second time I went in I had concerns. I was pregnant, 7 months along, and I was having petite mal seizures. I was also passing out due to being lightheaded. After I explained to her what I just said she literally asked “Why are you here?” .... I felt like I was being punked. Then I had to cancel 2 appointments because the first one I was having my son.... the second because I had no ride and was having petite mals... when I called to get an emergency refill her nurse was rude and basically said I couldn’t get a refill unless I made an appointment... but I couldn’t get an appointment until 3 months later. I have one week left of medication. When my husband called to express concerns the secretary hung up on him didn’t even try to fix the situation. TERRIBLE PLACE! Don’t waste your time. Unable to make it to my MONDAY appointment due to a true emergency, called the moment their office opened to apologize and a couple days later I get a certified letter saying she will no longer see me as a patient AND charging me a $30 no-show fee. I could understand charging a fee if I didn't call or have a valid reason but I did. She is not a nice person in any sense of the word and obviously has no compassion. I do not recommend her. I posted one star only because this is the only way to leave a review.I waited 4 weeks in chronic pain and was reassured my medical records would be reviewed and if Dr Zimmerman could not help they would call and refer me elsewhere. I was so disappointment and this was a complete waste of time and only led me into another depression cycle. She told me to do exactly what I had already been trying for months with my previous doctor. Horrible bedside manner, talks like she is dipping into the meds, her nurse assistant tries to be funny but is actually very rude. On my summary she said I had "unrealistic expectations" Are we in the same universe? Did not explain the things she said and the whole visit took about 10 min. For a specialist this is unrealistic. While I have been a patient of Dr. Zimmerman for a while I have to admit today was the first time I was disappointed with her policy and the staff's empathy. In fact based on this I may find a new family physician and not continue my relationship with Granger Medical going forward. I had an appointment and due to a conflict with my work I was not going to be able to get the time off work needed and upon trying to reschedule was informed that I would be charged a fee as it was not 48 hour notice. Keep in mind that this would have required me to reach out on a Saturday or Sunday when the office was closed. If you are looking for a doctor who is flexible and willing to work with you regarding your work schedule than Dr. Zimmerman is not the doctor for you! I will personally be finding a doctor who is a little bit more compassionate when it comes to my work schedule as I work in a call center and dont have the best flexibility when it comes to getting time off of work.
