Horrible experience there. Had an urgent need for pre-op testing. Called and got an off shore phone bank. Transferred and got voicemail then no return call all day... Happened twice. I did not give them a third chance. Done with them.

I never had the chance to meet Dr. Brandt, but I walked out based on recommendations from other patients and my own experience. One person had been waiting since 10:30 which seems extreme as my appointment was at 1:45pm. He looked bad and was carrying a puke bag held at the ready (empty fortunately). I waited what seemed like forever to get signed in, and then was asked to sign. I asked what I was signing as it was just a blank miniature LCD screen. I was told, "Your name; sign your name". Me: "Yes, I'm signing my name, but what is my signature being applied to." Receptionist: "I don't know; just sign." Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I definitely didn't get any good vibes. Absolutely horrible experience - my first (& last) appt took over 3 1/2 hours. The center is a disaster, under-staffed, over booked. This doctor documented incorrect Rx information, seemed completely unknowledgeable, could barely understand her English & had ZERO confidence in her clinical/medical capabilities. The center is predominantly indigent, uninsured, free HIV testing facility. The 2 stars for staff is strictly for the RN's, as they were nice, seemed more competent than Dr.

Dr. Brandt is a great doctor. She is a good listener, and very dedicated to her patients. She goes out of her way to explain everything. I appreciate it her very much!

I feel sorry for anyone who has to see this "doctor". She is an unsympathetic woman who needs to take a class in dealing with patients whom have been diagnosed with a terminal disease. The way she treated my father was appalling!! Shame on you "Dr" Brandt

There is no experience to describe to be honest. After many calls and voice-mails to make an appointment, I never got a call back even though the automated message instructed they would call back within a 24-48 hour waiting period. Which is totally acceptable. I waited for days for a call back and never got one! This is preposterous. Would not recommend this office to anyone who is in need of any kind of medical help.
