Excellent. He listens to me and works with me for best treatment options.
Went here as a referral for a sleep study from the ENT, Dr Abrams. Sleep study was performed and found I had a slight case of sleep apnea. The doctor said I had 2 options. Lose 10 to 15 lbs or use a CPAP device. As soon as I refused the mega dollar machine, he was ready to walk out the door. I stopped him and asked about my breathing difficulty so Dr. Singhi ordered a chest xray to make sure it wasn't something lung related like pneumonia. I was OK with that. The xray was performed the same day and the nurse called and said the xray was clear. The doctor follows up the next day on the phone to tell me the same thing the nurse had said the previous day and billed me for an office visit. The conversation lasted 30 seconds and I was not informed their would be a charge beforehand. I felt like a money grab instead of a patient here and got surprised medical billing thrown on me for not letting them give a sleep device.
