Mrs. Suzanne Merkle

My appointment with Dr Merkle was on Monday 3/13/2023. My first visit with them. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and how friendly, kind, professional and how I was welcomed. The Dr extremely pleasant, engaging, and explained the quick procedure in great detail. Thank you for everything!! Highly recommended for all your dermatological needs.

I fact, my experience, along with multiple family members is that she is Great?? Her staff [With exception of one horrible receptionist] is very polite, professional, and competent. Dr. Merkle’s analytical skill set and experience far exceeds general practitioners in her field.

Dr. Merkle is the best! She really listens to my concerns and is very thorough. She addresses all my issues and I have had remarkable results. She is smart and compassionate. Dr Merkle is great, always thorough and kind!

Dr. Merkle was very professional in working with me. She takes time to listen and is passionate about her work. I as very satisfied with my treatment.

I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Merkle did a very thorough job during my complete body check. She has found basal and squamous carcinomas in the past so I make sure I go twice a year.

I waited way too long. I am getting older and have trouble hearing and forgot my hearing aids. There’s a lot going on in my life right now. Husband has been very sick and had just gotten home from hospitals and rehab after 7 weeks. I can honestly say I have never been treated like an “old” person until yesterday by the doctor’s assistant. She was short, uncaring and rushing me. I feel she knows her job but just no caring skills. At least for me. I’m only 69. I waited way too long. I am getting older and have trouble hearing and forgot my hearing aids. I had a follow-up visit and felt communication was great with Dr. Merkle. I did not give a 5 star rating because of the time I spent waiting, which was more than 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. I think the office overbooks appointments.

Dr. Merkle is a highly skilled dermatologist. She is able to diagnose various symptoms and explain to her patients. I benefit a lot even just for the first visit.

Dr. Merkle truly listens and spends time with her patients. I've been to many dermatologists over the years and NONE come close to the quality of care she provides. I've referred family and friends to her as well. Love her!

Very friendly staff, great service and price.

Saw Dr. Merkle again and the only bad part about the visit is always the wait to get into the examination room. She is the best or I would not continue to go there.

Dr.Merkle did her usual great job. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 11/2 hours before I could see her. Nonetheless, I would certainly recommend her to anyone seeking the services of a dermatologist.

Dr. Merkle is always great. She may be busy and sometimes a little behind, but I can tell it’s because she gives each patient her full attention on every visit. Her kindness and expertise in dermatology and also aesthetic procedures is unmatched.

Yesterday, it took an hour of time in the waiting room and another 30 minutes in the office before Dr. Merkle came in. I love her as a doctor, but I don’t know that we will be able to continue seeing her because those are hours of our lives that we will never get back. ???? Dr. Merkle is so kind, smart and informative. Her bedside manner is very patient, understanding and personable. And the entire staff is so friendly and they all go out of their way to provide me with a personalized, and unrushed office visit. Dr Merkle was wonderful but waiting for over an hour to be seen wasn’t acceptable. I’m hoping this was a one-time problem. The office seemed extremely busy. The staff was nice, office nice and clean.
