Swapna Joseph

Dr Joseph has been my doctor for 12 years. She has improved my condition and my sense of well being. You can ask her anything you don't understand and she will explain it until you can. She does spend a lot of time with patients that need it. I would recommend Dr. Joseph to anyone that wants a good nephrologist wiith a good heart.

She listened to my concerns and did research based on such. Made herself available beyond what any other doctor would. When other doctors dismissed my questions and concerns she made it a point to take them seriously despite peer pressure.

The best Doctor Joesph has helped me with my kidney's and keeping me from dialysis she is very. Friendly and very good I will not let any one else touch me I'm a Disabled Veteran

Dr Swapna always listens to me and is very through in her exam. Together, we established a plan of care that would be best for me. If I have questions, she gladly takes time to answer them. I would reccomend her to anyone!

Love how patient Dr. Joseph is with me. Always willing to explain in a way I can understand. Shows genuine compassion and desire to do everything possible to slow the progression of my degenerative kidney disease. She obviously takes the time to read and be aware of new drugs and treatment options. She is a blessing !

Also caring and attentive. Encouraged me to eat healthy and to take care of my kidneys. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Best medical specialist I have ever gone to.

I just found out this week that she is closing her nephrology practice. It was quite a shock. I can't explain in enough words how great & awesome Dr. Joseph really is! That's on a professional and personal level! With every visit, from all the hospital stays in 2014, to the most current office visit on 4/9/20 ( phone visit/due to Covid-19), she's always been there for me. She would always be willing to just listen to me, no matter how small or unimportant it might have seemed that day. But with all her skills, wisdom & knowledge I've always been happy to see her at every visit, and even more "thankful" for her, when I left! I'm sure she saved my life! She's one of the few doctors I've been "blessed" to have known! ~ I'll truly miss her! ~

Doc Joseph is and always will be my favorite doctor. I have been seeing Doc Joseph for many years. she is caring, VERY thorough and very innovative. I have Minimal Change Disease and she has been trying for many years to help me find the BEST treatment plans for me. Has gotten insurance to approve VERY expensive treatments in order to combat this thing I have. Doc Joseph has made herself VERY accessible to me to answer questions regarding the progress of my treatments with her. I could text her pictures of my swollen legs and she would call me directly at home to discuss our next game plan. In many respects, Doc Joseph has SAVED MY LIFE!

I cannot praise Dr Joseph enough. She never rushes one in and out, but listens to patient problems and concerns. She has helped me get back to near normal kidney functions. I only wish all my doctors were as knowledgeable and caring.

Dr Joseph always takes her time to explain my different diagnosis and course of treatment. Never making me feel rushed out of the office. She's very knowledgeable and follows through on what she says.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Joseph's. Approximately ten years. She has taken absolutely marvelous care of me and still doing it. Very grateful for her outstanding care as my Kidney Physician.

Difficult to rate. Dr, Joseph is a wonderful, caring, dedicated doctor. Her staff however leaves a lot to be desired. The nurse I spoke with, Katy, was rude. Getting medications is a huge hassle. Are bad nurses worth staying with a good doctor? I don't deal with them that much so I'm going to say yes.

I think Dr Joseph is one of the most dedicated doctors I've ever met. She does have a lot of patients and takes the time to talk to them and gives every patient the best care possible so you do occasionally have to wait. After years of her care, I have had to wait twice in the lobby. She is doing everything possible to keep my off dialysis, but is preparing me for the possibility. She's just so calm and level headed, a voice of reason, I love talking to her. She gives you the facts, good or bad and helps you through not only the medical part of your illness but takes into account the emotional effects of what you are going through. I highly recommend her.

Dr Joseph is a good doctor, it is her staff that is unprofessional. The one who takes you blood presure makes it feel like your at a party and the other one who is SUPPOSE to make phone calls to other doctors, well what can I say it just doesn't happen.Plus we waited 2 hours in waiting room on first visit and 1.5 hours for second appointment. Once you get in to see her, she is 'very' good. On the serch for new doctor.
