This has been my daughters pediatrician for a.couple years but no more. Always been rude and condescending but after today I refuse to comeback! The building and exam rooms are outdated and dirty. It has to be 95 degrees in this place. Feel sorry for office girls having to work in that. Dr. dismissed my concerns re my daughters weak foot for over a year. After having x-ray thru Urgent Care there is definitely an issue. Please don't take your kids here. Go to someone who cares and doesn't think they are better than you! The receptionist was very rude over the phone and in person. I’m not one to go to the extent of leaving a bad review but she had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. Staff is friendly and drs are great! The wait time is kinda long at times but that’s expected in a dr office I won’t take my kids anywhere else!

All the doctors and nurse practicioners are great here. Been here for about 4 to 5 years. I love how through the doctors are. You can never get a same day appt but usually next day always. Which is fine that lets me know that they just dont treat the patients like a rotating door. Also I have never had a problem with the staff. I've been going to Dr. Panse since my first kid was born. His now 8 yrs. About 3 years ago I decided to move to a closer office to home since I live in Perris. The office that we went too was new and very nice but the doctor never payed attention, she was fast at any check up and the referrals would always get lost. My 2 1/2 year old was born with medical problems and the doctor didn't listen. She would say; give her time, she's okay. I knew there was something wrong so I decided to go back to Dr. Panse and I'm very happy I did! She right away saw what I saw and quickly referred my daughter to CHOC. Since then she's been diagnosed and I'm able to care for my daughter properly. It might not be a fancy office but it is always clean. Jamie and Stacey are great staff! Jamie always gets my daughters referrals done on time and efficiently. Dr. Panse always calls me when there's something critical and stays on the phone to answer my questions. Having a special needs child is hard! But having a great team like Dr. Panse and Jamie makes things a lot easier. I've been going to Dr. Panse since my first kid was born. His now 8 yrs. Worst drs office . slowest very rude and very dirty .

Well she has been a great Doctor to my kid's, haven't had any problems with her. Jaemmy and Stacy are so helpful and nice..

I've loved Dr. Panse since she saw my daughter at 1 mo. old. She is kind, friendly, patient, & supportive. Over 9 yrs, I've continued to bring my daughter to Ace Pediatrics. I've liked many of her PAs/NPs, but Dr. Panse is my favorite. I gave 5 stars in all areas except in scheduling (Difficulty to be expected w/a high caseload of devoted patients.), office environment (They need a ceiling fan & toys in lobby.), & staff (All ar not always cheery. We live 40 min. away, but I'd travel longer!
