She’s not a surgeon She totally deformed my nose. She lied about what she promised the outcome to be. Performed a second surgery to repair the damage but didn’t have the Knowledge to do it. She then offered to perform a third surgery in her office which according to several ENT surgeons would had been a disaster. I am grateful that her own office staff directed me to seek the services of another surgeon. After a third surgery Iam still trying to repair her damages. She refused to take any responsibility for her incompetence. A nightmare

I have seen Dr. Butts on twice for plastic surgery following Mohs surgeries. She is both highly skilled and kind. The staff and office are very professional. Highly recommend this practitioner!

An amazing surgeon- skilled with an amazing bedside manner

Dr. Butts went out of her way to make sure my surgery was done in a timely matter during a terrible time (Covid). I will be forever grateful to her. She is the best! Highly recommend her and her staff.

My first visit with Dr. Butts was about a past surgery/refferal from another doctor, I had in 1987 and I was experiencing after affects due to the surgery. However, Dr. Butts has helped me tremendously with the problem. Also, she has helped me other ENT problems that I have. I'm just so Thankful for her because she cares, she listens, she's kind, she's extremely professional, and goes beyond and above for me as a patient. What a great doctor and to experience these attributes in a profession is very important and helpful in being treated.

My 5yr old had adenoids removed, surgery went well, he is doing great! Overall Good experience. Any questions that I had was answered before I could ask. Now Thats Experience! Thanks Dr.Butts your #1..
