Dr. Ashraf seems to care more about getting the patient in for an often unnecessary appointment than to actually take care of the patient. It has been very frustrating getting to an actual treatment of urgent conditions.

He seemed like he could care less. He wasn’t very nice at all. No bedside manner!!! My roommate even said she couldn’t believe how he treated me.

Dr. Ashraf is incredible. My husband has a lot of complex medical conditions and we usually are terrified of PCPs- either they turf everything to the specialists or they take on more than they should. Dr. Ashraf somehow manages to find the perfect balance. The visits are short but you have his undivided attention which is great. He and all of his staff have never been anything less than respectful, helpful, and efficient.

Dr. Ashraf became my PCP shortly after I moved to the Cleveland area in Aug 2017. Since then I have been seeing him regularly and have found him to be easy to work with and to get appointments. His advice has been good and he took over my care from a PCP I had before I moved to the Cleveland area and he picked up on what my medical conditions and issues were quickly. I also like the fact he uses the Cleveland Clinic electronic medical system which means he is tied into my other doctor's system and so my medications, conditions and treatments are easily seen by all my providers. A vast improvement of when my doctors all had their own systems and they were always in need of me updating the doctors each and every visit. Dr. Ashraf's staff is also very pleasant. My wife and i have been patients for 20 plus years. super MD, devoted, and a great staff too. not afraid to discuss other doctors diagnosis and offer options.

Dr. Ashraf took excellent care of my mother. He asked and listened to what was happening with her. He treated her accordingly. Always attentive and responsive. I couldn't have asked for better treatment for her. I am a patient myself as well now.
