Syed Hasan

I was scheduled for a RFA. I decided that the procedure was not for me at the moment. I came to my appt. To discuss other options Dr was very rude, would not let me speak to explain what my concerns were . He spoke of me wasting his time b/c I was 30 minutes late. Keep in mind you have to call in advance to confirm he is running on time(up to 2hrs delayed w/o any notice & medicine that wears off after time was given to assist w/ procedure.) I was on the fence about final RFA due to the fact that I felt pressured to say I would proceed w/ procedure. In order for them to do the 3rd part of RFA you have to be able to tell them how you feel within the 1st hour of 1st &2nd part which is hard to do when you have to take valiums and the injection location is very sore. I am very upset because when I 1st came to Dr Hasan he pretended as if he really cared about me as a person and not as benefits from my insurance. please do not need medication staff are rude &will not follow up.

Dr. Hassan is a very personable and pleasant man with a matter of fact attitude in my case. He was very precise on getting all my medical information necessary to make a plan of action. He’s a man of trust and delivers on his promises. Make more no mistake. This is a process and will take time and patience. Now I am able to walk straight up without a back brace or needing a walker for me. I am grateful for the progress and really looking forward to the next chapter thank you Dr. Hussein for all your hard work and dedication.

Changed from 3 stars to 1. It's pretty upsetting that I found a good doctor but the office is literally the WORST office I've ever encountered. I will not be returning because of that reason alone. It's unbelievable.

Been seeing him for almost two years. Seems as all he wants to do is injections and constantly promoting a back stimulus device. Impatient, inconsiderate and rude. Office staff leaves continuously for other employment opportunities. Hardly ever understood what was being said to me, just agreed because it's so congested in the rooms and you want to leave asap. Don't like to bring up race but I know there's biased behavior there especially with the care. They will charge you high fees to have paperwork filled out that most doctors won't even consider. Had a appointment on a Monday, medication due date was Wednesday. No script was sent. Called 3 times and was told situation would be rectified soon. Kept being told Dr. Was with a patient. Aren't I a patient?

I am amazed at how well my treatments are going. The RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) procedure's have literally changed my life. With the Doctor's visits and the RFA procedure, I feel less pain. I believe he is one of the best doctors in the world. I had severe back pain most of my life and went to many doctors with none of them really helping me. Then I had a stent put in my heart and a day later could barely walk. I spent a lot of time in bed thinking I would be bed ridden the rest of my life I decided to give one more doctor a try. I went to doctor Hasan with barley any hope left. Highly recommend Dr Hasan. When I started treatment I used a cane to walk and was in constant pain. I can now walk without any assistance and my pain has become a dull ache.

Hands down the best Dr. in the area for spinal injections. Knee Injections, etc. He even does Nerve Condution to see exactly what is going on. He does not play games. He finds out exactly what the problem is and gets you relief. I could not walk from a car accident and he has me walking with almost no pain. He is pleasant , He explains things until you understand. I've been working here for almost a year now and this is my first medical job ever! I have to say, I absolutely love working here. It's like a family and we always help each other out. Dr. Hasan has been treating me for a while now and I continue to be impressed by how much he cares about the patient above all else. He works with me without judgment or ego, considers what I have to say and will do what needs to be done to help me while being lighthearted and funny. I'm grateful to have him as one of my doctors and I often say I wish they were all like Dr. Hasan. Something some patients are inclined to complain about at doctor's offices is the wait time. He can run late at times but I've learned this is because he's not rushing patients out the door, he gives each of them their full attention and service and will do the same for you too as long as you're willing to wait. To me, the high quality of care is absolutely worth playing on my phone for an extra few minutes. Oh, and his staff is always lovely too. First came to see him with debilitating back pain after seeing scores of Chiropractors and other doctors with little or no relief. This dr sound good at the beginning but then begin to act very immature by getting upset because wait the first Incident was when he called in my prescription late for me to get a procedure done but still want me to come in after my wife went back to work and he wanted me to take 10mg Valium and drive home after he put shots in my back and told me that one of the whatever she is tolded him I was unsatisfied by his work which was wrong I was dissatisfied with not seeing a dr about my foot pain that I had in 2017 and she misunderstood what I said so I had to go there and talk with him face to face!! I suffer with lupus SLE, small fiber neuropathy, chronic pain, RA and other conditions that cause pain. Was Refer to him by my Rheumatologist first visit OK late but not to bad then want to try injection and me knowing it wasn't going to work for my condition still did it to make sure he knew I will try anything. In my last visit he was late 2 hours which I understand and waited then he gets in the room and doesn't even let me talk got really upset because i was talking and was taking his time explaining about my pain even got his staff in the room so they agree with him after I started crying for the way I was being treated, when his staff didn't agree with him got more upset pretty much told me I have no real reason to fill pain that a 15min appointment for me after me waiting 2 hours was a waste of time. My mother had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen by the doctor. The waiting room chairs were uncomfortable and for someone with back pain waiting an hour was painful. Then she waited 1/2 hour on the exam table. She doesn’t speak English and the doctor doesn’t use phone interpretive services. The office has also been unreliable following through with requests. Dr. Hasan is the most thorough Dr. I have seen since 2005, After Multiple chiropractors, physical therapists, 3 Back surgeries in 18 months, over 20 hours! Dr. Hasan is the only one who has really taken a close detailed look into the many issues stemming from being ejected out of a sunroof of a rolling car in 1997, Everything but scoliosis from my neck to sacrum. 5 good discs, always in pain. Others just kept ripping me open and it’s like nothing was done. Dr. Hasan takes a different approach by many different techniques to figure out why, what to do. Very nice bedside manner which I did not receive during my 3 surgeries. He really cares and wants to help as much as he can. There is so much good in Dr. Hasan’s office, the staff are great. I’ve been referred to many places and finally landed where it counts. I wish I knew about him in 2011 when my back made me collapse in a very dangerous spot. When I met with dr Hasan I will really didn’t have much hope. We did the usual injections they didn’t work. Then he suggested spinal cord stimulator. After the six day trial I did not want to have it removed. He got me in to Dr. Goldberg Office very quickly. I cried actually haven’t remove the trial stimulator I had no pain and much for relief now I have in the permanent stimulator and it’s working awesome I have to say thank you so much to the office staff and to Dr. Hasan for the much needed relief in pain I have. I was referred to Dr. Hasan by my primary and was a little hesitant but once we met and he clearly explained what he needed and was going to do I felt comfortable. The man is a saint and his staff are his angel’s. I am pain free now. I visited Dr. Hasan after ten years or so of back pain and no remedies from other doctors. After two treatments by the doctor my discomfort and pain have virtually disappeared. I had given up. The doctor listened to me and explained the treatment thoroughly. I am pleased.

First off, I take the bus to get there and it starts raining, okay. I get there I'm cold and wet so I check myself in and proceeded to wait. my appointment I thought was one of the last of the day at 5: 15. After waiting an hour and no one saying anything to me about running late or when they will see me, I began to inquire about when will I be seen. Oh yeah, you're next.I get in the room and still have to wait an hour so I was about to leave when I was told the doctor was coming in and now we're at two hours. You are wondering why I didn't leave ?well, I caught the bus, it was raining outside and I needed this for my MRI so I figured since I'm here I might as well wait right?no,this crazy doctor is going to ask me if I was upset about waiting and I say yes he begins to rant and rave about the things he didn't do because he was seeing patients. I have seen Dr Hasan going on 4 years for chronic muscle spasms. Dr Hasan always talks to me and truly cares how I am doing physically and emotionally. Dr Hasan and his staff are amazing! He takes his time to address every patient and while you could end up waiting if you call prior to your appointment it’s easy to arrive when your turn......when your the patient he’s with it’s refreshing to see that you are his sole focus.

I was referred to the doctor by Memorial Hospital, the day I walked in I walked in with a cane, I could not bend over I was 42 years old at the time , The pain in my back, herniated disc‘s, and a cane and not being able to function or do the things that I used to love to do at my age seemed not fair. I had been to many other back doctors and no one seemed to be able to listen to me or help me. The doctor when I met him for the first time, told me I promise you I will help you , I had so much hope, we came up with a plan but he told me over time I will see improvement I needed to be patient. After a few procedures I started to improve I no longer have a cane and my pain is manageable. Some of my restrictions will always be limited, but overall he has helped me tremendously. This Dr really cares that's Why I drive 312 miles for each visit. The quality and compassionate care is second to none. If you have to wait a little longer than usual you can rest assure that Dr Hasan, is providing exemplary care and will use the same level of care and patience when it's your turn.

I'm 33 years old and I would highly recommend Dr. Hasan to anyone who is looking for help with chronic pain. At 32 years old; I had very little hope that I would ever have a chance for a normal life. I had very little hope that I would ever see a reduction in my pain. I had been to countless specialists over the course of 8 years. I had a rather lengthy list of the various treatments I had received and the results were all the same. I had several specialists tell me that I wasn't actually in pain or that I was "too young to have so many problems in my back." The only change I truly saw was the decreasing amount in my checking account; my pain remained and worsened. That all changed when I began receiving treatment from Dr. Hasan about a year ago. My first appointment with Dr. Hasan was the most promising appointment I'd ever had. I literally left his office crying tears of happiness and relief! Dr. Hasan believed me and did not offer just one treatment option; he laid out a plan of action showing what steps could be taken if the first treatment did not improve my quality of life. I am at a loss for words and don't know where to begin!! Rating Dr. Hasan and his staff, is far beyond 5 stars! Dr. Hasan and his staff are very compassionate, understanding, caring, and very involved and concerned about my pain issues. I have been under his care for over a year now....it's funny because Mike says, "I'm there so much, they should start charging me rent! Lol...and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. It helps to ease my procedures. I really feel like I belong there! For the ones who have left bad reviews, I'm sorry you cannot appreciate a practice as amazing as his! I understand the long waiting times, over-booking and other complaints you allegedly have. However, he and his staff have never been anything but excellent to me! Maybe if you had some patients and understanding yourself, you'd realize that he takes his time with every patient to do the best job he can to help them. I'm sure you would not want him to rush through your procedure just to keep a "perfect" schedule! How would you feel if something went wrong with your procedure because he was too busy trying to stay right on time? I'm certain you still would not be happy no matter what. Stop the judging, as that is God's job. If you really don't like him, his practice and staff, simply walk away. There are plenty of other doctors out there who would gladly push you through the line just like cattle; not caring what your outcome is...but hey, they were on time!!!! No need for your personal bashing because the office isn't up to your standards. He has many, many patients who are most pleased with the excellent quality of his services and will gladly wait the time it takes for the exceptional job he does! I personally would wait as many hours as I had to for the pain relief I feel after my procedures...and I've had many. I know you don't care what I think, however that is not my concern. I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Hasan and each and every one of his staff members!! They all mean the world to me and there are no words to express how grateful I am for them all and their patients and honest concern for my well being. After a failed four level spinal fusion surgery I was left disabled and in constant pain; I had no quality of life. I was referred by another physician to Dr. Hassan. He is a true gem in this current healthcare environment. He is attentive, informative and compassionate. He devotes as much time necessary to treat the patient. His staff is also extremely accommodating and friendly, also.I would highly recommend Dr. Hassan for any pain issues.

Dr. Hasan takes time to explain everything. He's patient, and has done wonders for me..I highly recommend him.

He is an amazing doctor in 20yrs he is the only doctor who did not throw pills at me and got to the root of each problem you do have to wait sometimes but only because he spends as much time with each patient as NECESSARY every one gets the attention that we deserve

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Hasan and his staff. He takes the time to listen. He explains everything and answers any questions i have. I get excellent results through certain treatments. I would and have highly recommend him if you want relief from pain. It's also a very friendly environment.

Not a good pain doctor at all

The office staff here is horrible and the doctor isn't worth the 3 hours he makes you wait past your appointment time. Do yourself a favor and find a different pain management guy for your back.
