Dr. Trotter got me right in (I actually could have gotten in sooner than I did except for my own scheduling problems). She explained what I had (plantar fasciitis) , and gave me advice on stretching exercises , an injection to reduce the inflammation and arch supports. By my return visit, 3 weeks later, pain is greatly reduced and I am back to pretty much normal activity. Love It!

Dr. Trotter is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with different techniques than my family doctor could. I have had a couple of very persistent problems and with time she solved both of them. I also took my daughter to her for a large number of warts. She was able to treat these without the pain I was expecting if I took her to our family doctor and had them all frozen off.

I was extremely disappointed with the service and the care I received. When I needed to go for a follow up appointment, her office told me that I couldn't come in until I had my bill paid in full. I have never heard of anything like that in my life! I have been to lots of doctors over the years and have had surgeries and medical procedures done and have NEVER been treated like that. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know about the awful way I was treated!
