Dr. Nsoluli will bill your insurance if you call the office with a simple question. I have never experienced this. In addition, parking at the DC office is very difficult. I found Dr. Nsoluli to rely strongly on allergy medication and often over medicate.

Dr. Elaine Abou-Jaoude was very professional and helpful in addressing and correcting my allergy concerns. I highly encourage you to see her as she was very thorough and helpful. Thanks again Doc!!!

Staff and doctors are very friendly and the office is comfortable. There was a good level of explanation of what they were doing and very open to answer questions. For COVID they were taking good precautions, only several waiting room seats were open and they are giving patients a second mask when your come in. I felt safe with the interaction. Doctors and practitioners here are very nice and experienced. However, whenever I come in or make an appointment over the phone the receptionist tends to be rude and condescending. She seems like she doesn’t like her job. The face of your practice needs to be friendlier.

Dr. Nsouli, has a helped greatly with our families allergies and asthma.

He is very knowledgeable and well experienced Doctor. His staff very courteous and kind.

Best allergist in town, arguably Nationwide. Knowledgeable, up-to-date with ongoing research, courteous and efficient office environment. Stephanie is the best NP ever! I cannot emphasize that enough. She truly cares for her patients and not just their allergy issues, rather the whole health of the person. Last year, I had some other temporary medical issues and she caught that. I then was able to get myself checked by another specialist. She is no less than a friend to me and I'm sure other patients feel the same way. I wish all the medical professionals especially PCPs were like her. So glad a friend referred me to this facility few years back. Other practitioners there are also courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I call today to have an appointment becouse my daughter from night she has asthma she is only18 month i ask the lady its emergency satiation if possible to have it today she say no if you need i can booked for you next day !! Best Allergist on the planet!

Wonderful an kind MD. I work with doctors but he is the best. Office staff and other MD are at the top. Cough was dealt with quickly. He is wonderful man

My wife had a severe internal complication and could not eat anything other than plain rice or unseasoned white fish - everything else came back up; she lost over 30 pounds and the gastroenterologist and other doctors were stymied. Dr Nsouli examined and tested her, found her allergies and issues and gave us instructions how to remove the sources of dust, mites, etc and got her started on medications and allergy shots. Today she is back to normal and her allergy is gone. Dr Nsouli has our complete trust and confidence. He is truly a gifted physician! Thank you so much! Dr. Nsouli is the best allergist I have gone to. I transferred my children to this doctor when they were toddlers and they have received superior care for their severe food allergies and asthmatic symptoms. Now, I too see Dr. Nsouli for immunology treatments for environmental allergies (trees, grass, dust, mold). He and his medical and administrative staff are professionals, who take pride in serving the patients. Dr. Nsouli is the best allergist I have gone to. Just called Burke Allergy and Asthma center to schedule an appointment to come in to get a prescription for a new Inhaler. The receptionist here is completely rude and an absolute moron. She didn't ask if I was a new or existing patient. She couldn't understand what I was saying and asked me to repeat everything. If you can't understand clear English you need to clean your ears out. She spoke to me in a very condescending manner when all I was trying to do was come in for an appointment. She tells me her next available appointment is in August a Month away, I said a month is too long to wait and then she abruptly hangs up on me. I'll just go to the walk in clinic and get a prescription for a new inhaler TODAY no waiting! A whole month for an appointment you got to be kidding me!!! I have seen Dr. Nsouli for several years -- he was first recommended to me by a colleague -- and I could not be happier. I have seen all the providers here, from the Dr. to the nurse practitioners. My 5 year old daughter has been treated here as well. I appreciate their level of concern, thorough treatment plans, and excellent care.

I have been a patient in Burke for several years. Dr. Nsouli is the doctor who resolved my chronic urticaria. His staff is very professional and kind. Today January 18, 2018 I was feeling exceptionally bad the receptionist took note as soon as I walked through the door asking me if I was ok? Nurse Loretta was so empathtic while prepping me. Dr. Nsouli was his usual kind and patience self listening and giving me instructions on my care turns out I had the flu. I love this office. Good people!

Dr. Nsouli and his staff are extremely patient, thourough, and efficient. We have been coming here for several years and have never been dissapointed! Yesterday, my youngest son had a reaction hours after eating peanut butter. I called & asked to be seen and His staff was able to accommodate us for a same day appointment. Dr. Nsouli took the time to listen to what happened and then did a full allergy panel. Everyone was wonderful, we are so thankful to have found this practice!

It was amazing. His office is well appointed and the staff is more than professional they were engagingly polite. Everything they were going to do was explained results were explained. Dr. Nsouli took a complete history, thorough allergy eval (like 80), examined my sinuses and all the while and this is why I am taking the time to write. Dr. Nsouli and staff made me feel as if I was the only patient they were seeing. In less than an hour. Made my day!!!

Just got billed for an appointment I cancelled a month ago. Doctors and receptionists both very unfriendly. Would not go again.

The absolute best! Kind, courteous staff. The very epitome of a responsive, listening, helpful practice. My allergies continue to improve - I may be able to get off the injections by November!

Excellent care by Dr Nsouli! I've been to many other offices but never received that much attention and care, especially during initial consultation. Dr. Nsouli is very knowledgeable and has an excellent connection with patients. He's very friendly with great sense of humor which made me feel welcomed. His comprehensive treatment is very effective which was a great relieve, specifically after not being helped at other clinics. Highly recommended.
