Pro: I love Dr Sunbulli and his "back room" ladies. Also his anesthesiologist. I've been a patient for many years Con: I called his office 11 times in 15 days. I needed a procedure. He listened well to my issues and concerns and offered great advice. He was not an alarmist. Took his time with me and I felt very comfortable talking with him.

This office never answers the phone, they don’t call back… I have been calling for 2 weeks. I have called back to back and no an answer or call back. The worst I just want my records so I can go to a different doctor!

I had my colonoscopy and endoscopy done by Dr. Sunbulli. He did an outstanding job explaining to me each procedure and the expectations. After the procedures, he spent plenty of time walking through the results and discussing next steps. I did not have any side effects or complications. I had an extremely good experience before, during and after the procedures. As a patient I highly recommend Dr. Sunbulli to anyone who is planning on having any procedures done in the future.

This was a very unnerving experience. The first visit was TeleHealth and he was more than an hour late. The doctor performed a procedure and never came to explain the results of the test. My mother has been a patient of Dr Sunbulli for over 35 years. He has saved her life. She has a rare condition and Dr Sunbulli was the only doctor that didn't brush her off and worked with her until a solution was found. As a result of the excellent service she received, my husband and I are also patients and we tell absolutely everyone who needs a GI doctor that Sunbulli is the doctor to go to. We have our procedures done in his surgical center and the staff is extremely professional and caring. I cannot say enough about Dr Sunbulli. I highly recommend him. Dr. Sunbulli provided a valuable service to me in a most professional and skillful manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

My Dad is a patient of Sunbulli. He had uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting for days and Sunbulli refused to see him until he had a Covid test/results. During this time, my Dads condition worsened and ended up in the ER. Turns out he had an obstructed bowel. His condition was made significantly worse because of Sunbulli’s lack of attention and care. He should have been seen immediately. The doctor and office staff have proper PPE to be used if necessary. Refusing someone is unacceptable. He will not be returning. In addition, my mother called the office multiple times over multiple days and no one answers the phone and no calls are returned. Terrible service. My Dad is a patient of Sunbulli. My husband have been seeing Dr .Sunbulli for 2 Years with uncontrollable hiccups , when time for surgery called (Phrenic nerve block) and taking 8 differently pills every day the Doctor what a second opinion, now he have to wait another month to see another GI Doctor ????

He was prompt and spent his time examining my father, talking to him and developed a plan of care. My father has been seeing him for years now, since he was the only Dr to treat his condition correctly. He was hospitalized time and time again for abdominal pain that every other doctor had no explanation for as his tests all came out unremarkable. He was the only doctor to diagnose him correctly with Mediterranean fever and prescribe the needed treatment (after years of testing and other drs). I went in for a visit according to my age, symptoms and family history. He was my Doctor at Little Company of Mary and now at his practice in Oaklawn. I thought he explained everything well, told me what to expect and made the procedures less scary. I've been his patient for 15 years and hope he never retires. Well that's not nice but you understand why. When you get a good Doctor you don't want them to retire.

Best doctor there is respectable and knowledgeable. Will give an honest explanation about procedures about colon etc. Dr.Sunbulli has been my doctor for 10years and probably save my life. Yeah, he is always in demand so if you wait a little longer whats the rush. He might be doing a procedure on your friends,family patients takes time. Dr.Sunbulli happy 2018!!!!!!!! Bob Banda

Awful! Waited an hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor, and the staff acts like they have no clue why people get up and walk out. Unbelievable
