Dr. Brown and her entire team are the best. They take time to get to know “you” and offer plans to help you for your situation. They are friendly, make you feel comfortable and a part of the family!

Dr. Brown and her staff are amazing. Customer service ranked higher than Chick Fil A. The staff always are professional, knowledgeable and makes my visits comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Brown is always thorough and explains things clearly until I completely understand. I have been coming for over 20 years and will be a patient for 40 more. To the entire staff I love yall and thank you for the amazing serivices you all have giving me over the years.

This is a very nice office, the staff is wonderful. I had a pain free Blood Draw, easy EKG and I got an appt set up quickly.

I love Dr. Brown! Her office is always available to answer any questions and my messages are answered the same day. Dr. Brown and her staff are awesome. The office is like a 2nd home and the staff is like family very welcoming.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for almost ten years now. Dr.Brown and her staff are amazing! They have always gone above and beyond to meet all of my healthcare needs. Dr brown service is horrible. I call and left a message I can’t get a phone call back, but she sent a prescription over to the pharmacy and not tell me why if you place your patients on new medication see what the problem is before you decide to change the medication. I know that your workers can’t do but to much cause she will have to sign off for them to do there job. People life is at stake here and she acts like so don’t care. When I first started going to her she was great, so I referred a few family and friends and they are feeling the same way I am. Dr brown service is horrible. Dr.Brown is an excellent loving an caring doctor, and I wouldn't trade her All the Tea in China!!!

Since Ms. Blackburn left Dr brown will not return calls or refill prescriptions or provide care. I was running out of life saving meds i called over and over even the pharmacy could not get a reply from her or her staff. Therefore i said the hell with her. I found a professional caring PC physician. I wish Ms. Blackburn's office wasn't so dang far she is the best PA. her new office and patients are truely Blessed to have her. I decided to check the reviews after being a patient of Dr. Browns for less than a year. And 8 months ago this was posted by another patient- Service is horrible. The assistant never called me back. When I called I was transferred around, basically rushed off the phone and told, “someone will get back with you.” That never happened. Health care is important, which means, the staff should be sharp, responsive and helpful. I just started going to Dr. Brown, but I am looking for other providers based on her staff... THESE ARE MY EXACT FEELINGS. I never get a call back even if I can before 3p during operating hours. During this pandemic I was told I could only schedule a virtual appointment with Dr. Brown if I was experiencing sever sickness...the list goes on about how negligent this entire staff is and it’s unfortunate. I've been going to this practice since early 2000 when she was located on Cascade. I do not live in the area - but I value and appreciate Dr. Brown and Ms. Blackburn- they are ethical, understanding and empathetic.

Had my annual visit with Dr Brown this morning and I always have an excellent experience. Staff is very professional starting with the front staff as well as nursing/back office staff. I highly recommend this practice.

She must be really good and just has a horrible phone system. Been trying to make an appointment for months and either put on hold for 20+ minutes or told to call back. After the 5th time... Finally over it.

I really like Ms Blackburn, but having an office that never opens before 9:00 and never stays open past 3:00PM and no tele doc services is doing your patients a disservice. If I can’t see my regular physician without taking off work then that forces me to spend money else where. What’s the point of a primary care. Open late one day and close late. Simple solution. Update: I contacted the office after receiving a response and spoke with Tracy ( assuming she is the office manager). I was very pleased with her response. It seems that it was a misunderstanding and a teachable moment. Grateful for businesses that take the concerns of their patients and patrons seriously. Very nice people, did not have an appointment and was sick, they squeezed me in and got me back on track, always tries to help with prescription issues as well so u get the best care

My mother and several of my aunts have been patients of Dr. Brown over the years. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have been assisted by Dr. Brown and Ms. Blackburne. They are both consumate professionals and take the time to talk your through what is going on with your health. I wouldn't see anyone else!

I've been seeing Dr. Brown for 20 years. Love her! About 10 years ago during a routine annual exam she found a "lump" in my neck that turned out to be cancerous. She referred me to a great endocrinologist and surgeon and all has been well since then. She is personable, sweet, and professional, (not to mention very pretty) :-) I'll be going to her for as long as she has her practice. Highly recommended! I've been seeing Dr. Brown for 20 years. Dr. Brown was a good doctor but this staff is terrible with answering calls as well as returning them . Everytime you call the office it goes straight to a voice over for a voice mail and prompts you to leave a message for a returned call . Sometimes they do not even return your calls in a timely manner either

Dr Brown and Dr Blackburn are very good doctors, but also very good listeners to their patients, they take there time and make you feel like you are their only patient of the day, and that means a lot, thank you Dr Brown and Dr Blackburn. I also would like to thank the staff, for their professionalism and care they have for patients. Dr Brown assistant Tracy has help me with problems i have had with pharmacist to the insurance carrier, i appreciate her help she has been a go to person for me, and i want to thank her for all she has done. I have been a patient here for 20+ years. When Dr. Brown hired Ms. Blackburn and she became my physician I was suspect and hurt that I was moved onto her caseload. Those feelings quickly subsided as I spent time with Ms. Blackburn. She is professional, informed, thorough and caring. Although staffing has changed throughout the years, my needs have not gone unmet. Thanks for all you guys do to keep me and other patients well. I have been a patient here for 20+ years. Exceptional! Very pleasant indeed. Dr. Tamara Brown is a great doctor who listens to her patients and takes care of him/her with great attention. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Brown to everyone I know. She is the best doctor I have ever had. Retired Military.

Dr. Brown and her PA are pleasant. The front desk, however, is the reason I will not return. I called asking for an explanation of a claim and one of the ladies at the front desk hung up in my face. Horrible attitudes.

I have been a patient of Dr Brown for several years. She is an excellent Doctor but the front office staff and Office Mgr is awful. They have the worst attitudes. I would never recommend anyone to this office. The front desk girl is not friendly and has,awful customer service. I am sure that Dr Brown is not aware of how her patients are treated. If there pay checks were measured on the patient satisfaction they would provide better treatment of the patients.
