Worst place & service ever. This place is just a money making place with no patient care in mind. My son Never saw the doctor, only got to speak to nurse practitioner. I was told you get to see the doctor maybe every 6 months. Made appts for telemedicine they never called my son on 2 different occasions. They never followed up. I called multiple times & left messages, I never got a call back. They prescribed something on the first telemedicine appointment & then we were on able to reach them. Very scary since you cannot reach them & yet they are medicating a patient. Meds didn’t work & my son is still suffering from anxiety. Very disappointing.

At first, you think you're getting the appropriate care until they give you a different doctor each visit. Not at all genuine or personable and gave me 3 different prescriptions that are all too similar for god knows why (hint=$$$). Now they're refusing to answer my pharmacy and I when I need refills on my 3 prescriptions. When people say its run unorganized, they are right on the money. I would've liked to think this is a better alternative to some other doctors but no, you're gonna have to do the extra work and look for another or be withdrawing from 3 damn prescriptions because they just don't pickup their phone.

This was a life changing experience for me. Dr. Wassef is an exceptional Doctor. He gives ample time to his patients, completely understands the case, and puts all science into practice. It was a life-changing experience for me and I owe all this happiness to Dr. Wassef. May you always continue transforming lives! You will always be in my prayers.

""Do not recommend this doctor strongly"" Worst place for people who expects a good treatment here and "worst staff ever I have seen in my entire life".first time when they gave me an appointment with Dr Tamer Wassef I drove 40 mins for this appointment and receptionist simply tells me that the doctor is not available for the day he works only Thursday,Friday & Saturday then I questioned why they gave me an appointment on Monday. She says recklessly that somebody did a mistake then I asked why

To begin with, this is an extremely rare, genuinely concerned humanitarian and compassionate doctor who goes well beyond the scope of her limitations as a medical professional to ensure that her patients are taken care of appropriately. She will take a vested interest in your needs and goals in life to ensure that the proper treatment modalities are utilized. Extremely empathy, patience, kindness, psychological insight, as well as productive humor are her strengths !
