Dr. Seipel is a phenomenal practitioner, and also a great person--highly recommend.
I called 15 minutes early to let them know I was running late because I went to the wrong doctors office. At the time of my appointment (I wouldâve been on time) my GPS took me to First Colonial Family Practice and Urgent Care. I called the office again to let them know and the clerk advised me they were on the second floor. I went to the second floor and the office was nowhere to be found. I left that building and googled a picture of the building which is how I located it. I showed up ten minutes late because of all of this. The clerk checked me in, all was well. I sat in the waiting room just for them to refuse me service because I was late.
She is really good I like how she hears everything you say
Rude and condescending
Dr. Seipel may be the Dr. for you if you do not have any medical issues. For us we needed bloodwork, orders for meds, and assistance with multiple medical issues. Blood work took 12 days to be posted and she couldn't verify if the results were sent to any of the specialists we requested. Orders were difficult to get executed correctly resulting in self pay for items that should be covered. She professes that she does not have access to her own patient portal, so our communications and requests went unanswered over the course of 3 weeks. She states that the nurses take care of the portal, but no one ever responded or took action to our requests. We additionally called her office every day for over a week requesting meds/bloodwork sometimes on hold for over an hour. This level of access and medical attention is not acceptable for one with critical medical issues.
She was courteous and kind and best of all, very thorough!
