Excellent doctor's visit. Took time to listen, understand, and diagnose my problem. She clearly explained her diagnosis and how to treat my issue.

This is a doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. Gets to bottom of what ever the problem is. She comes highly recommended by me. Been a patient over 12 years, and plans to stay along as I can have her as my treating Physcian.

If I can give it NO star I would. This practice is all about money and if you call them out they will be so rude and unprofessional and will not complete the service. The below is my formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. PS. The reason I went here because it's close to my new address and I totally regret wasting my time with them. I called my insurance provider Cigna and they call the Dr. office to let them know my only responsibility is $15. After that, they didn't send my prescription to my local CVS and when I went to Quest Diagnostics for my blood work they didn't send my lab works either. I was promised that they will mail everything to me because they were so busy on that day and nothing came in the mail so I called the office and spoke to Mary Medina the office manager and was very rude and unprofessional to me so I called my credit card company to pull the payment because they didn't finish the service that I paid for. Now they send me to their billing department and they threatened that if I don't pay them that they will send me to the collection agency and Mary Medina would not even return all my calls and all their staffs are being rude on the phone. What would satisfy the complaint: I never had any bad credit and I know if they do that it will ruin my score. I want them to drop the bill because I don't feel I should pay for an incomplete service. Supporting Documents

I've been a patient for over 5 years. I love Dr. Medina and her staff. I feel like family when I'm there. She listens and prays with you. Nevet rushed. She truly cares. Her staff is always friendly and helpful and her nurse is amazing. I can't imagine myself with any other doctor.

The doctor is good but the office staff is rude and seems to have forgotten they are employed to help patients. You jave to wait months to make an app and they always overbook so wait times are long even though you show up early for your appt. The office staff will act in retaliation to any bad reviews or complaints. I cancelled ONE appt with at least 2 days notice and now they terminated me as a patient. (Wonder if it has more to do with a bad review instead of cancelling an appt.) Also beware- they will bill your insurance $195 per visit which will lead to a high copay even if your insurance gives you a discount. I am able to see a specialist for a lot cheaper WITHOUT a discount because a specialist won't charge the ridiculous amount this PCP charges! Do yourself a favor and avoid this rude, petty office.

From the minute you walk in you feel just a sense of Peace and Friendliness. Not only is Dr. Medina phenomenal but her staff is too. They make you feel cared about and she will stick by your side and guide you through any thing you may be facing with lots of wisdom & faith! Can’t say enough about them!

Dr. Medina is one of the very rare physicians that actually care about her patients. I'm looking at some of the comments made here, and I just have to laugh. Some of the "1" star rating aren't even her patients, and the others are from those who think they can call the office and tell them what they "need" to do for them. That's not realistic in any office, regardless of the type of office it is. If you're on chronic meds, keep up with blood work and follow-ups so you don't run out of meds.

I’m a new patient and called to make an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude... I will be calling another office since I don’t want to be treated like that as a patient. Very disappointing!

Dr. Medina is very caring and nice, her front office is rude and all about additional payments. When I went for my annual physical I was told that I could not speak of any afflictions I might have, if that was the case I needed to make another appointment. I was told that I could not even say that I had a headache because this would have to be treated with under a separate appointment. I asked for the results of lab work and I was told I had to pay $1 per page! I'm changing primary Doctor!!!!!

I have been a patient for over 7 years. I trust her and I feel like she truly cares about her patients. She will not let go of an issues, until she finds out what it is and what it the cause. I appreciate that, because many Dr's feel they know it all and just brush things off. She digs for an answer. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Medina is by far the best doctor that I have ever had. She takes her time with you and listens. She makes you feel like family or someone that you have been friends with forever. I have never had a doctor like her. And even if I moved two counties away, I would find a way to continue to see her.

She is an awesome doctor, but getting an appointment is another story. Refills on medication will not be given unless you see doctor but meanwhile no dates available to see her not mattering what type of medication. My medication were very urgent and was not possible. Front desk will never make it possible for you, very bad experience. Meanwhile are still accepting new patients, don't get it!

I've been going to Dr. Medina for over five years. They are always busy and you cannot get an appointment unless is two months out. My husband went to go get an MRI and I wanted results because the local MRI indicated that that she saw something she did not like. I called office waited three days no call back. I would not recommend. Office manager is very unprofessional and you truly need to find a good doctor as she is but has to come with the package. I would not recommend this office.

She truly cares for all her patients and the staff is great! There is a wait to get in but she's totally worth the wait! She takes her time in the room with you and listens to you, prays with you, and treats you like you matter. She is so smart and explains things, very detail oriented.
