Dr. Aliferova herself is a wonderful doctor, taking my concerns seriously & making sure I'm sure of things before I leave the office, her staff and office is incredibly incompetent. I write this review as I sit in the waiting room, having been here for 45 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment time, and the front desk only checked me in 10 mins ago, not able to complete because the girl cannot figure out the computer system. If Dr. Aliferova cleaned house and hired new staff, itd be much better.

Had my first appointment yesterday. Was very pleased in the whole experience. Office was very clean and staff very friendly and professional. Dr aliferova was very warm and friendly. Took the time with me and addressed my concerns. And for someone like me who has anxiety. It was very comfortable. Really am glad that I found her
