Not thrilled with this office. Nothing cutting edge or really nice feeling. All of the equipment feels like second-hand. Dr Lylia talked down to me on multiple occasions, particularly when she asked why I hadn't started losing weight in 4 weekz and I told her I was literally in the middle of buying my first home, and it was just a little too stressful to start exercising then. Mind you, I'm just 30 lbs overweight. Then they were very rude and not helpful when I had issues with my insurance, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I havent been back and they cancelled the 2 refills i had available for my blood pressure medication. I don't have time for a new doctor right now and I'm out of blood pressure medication. Oh, well. I'd rather have high BP again then go back there. I do not recommend this office whatsoever.

Waiting 2 weeks for a prescription refill is absurd. I’ve called every other day and keep being told it’s high priority and yet nothing is sent to the pharmacy. They like to play Russian roulette with peoples lives. Not great standard of Care for their patients.

I call to schedule an appointment just to be told that I have to call my insurance first to make Dr.Tehseen as my provider , ok I do that. Then I have to do form a online which I do . Just to be told that if I want to actually see this doctor I have to wait 3 weeks or just see one of her nurses ? WASTE OF TIME.

Dr. Navgi is Excellent Doctor, but I have decided to see another Doctor office instead. Close to home.

Dr. Naqvi is great! Caring, smart, thorough and efficient. Front office is always able to find me an appointment when needed. Little wait time to see the doctor during the appointment.

Dr. Naqvi is a fabulous, caring physician who listens to your needs. I brought my 100 y.o. mom to see her because John Hopkins Community Physicians could not get her blood pressure straightened out. You would think John Hopkins would be the best, but unfortunately, they do not have a gerontologist on staff and do not have the specialized experience that Dr. Naqvi has. Very bad, Im so unhappy with the service and unwanted charges added to my bill without my knowledge. Unnecessary lab for inside their office, Better to get the labs done outside and less than what Im being charged for!! Theres a older man thats supervising the front desk he is terrible to the staff and patience, He starts a convocation with you by force, Avoid him at all cost!! I absolutely love the doctors here when you can be seen. They have the best bedside manner. Although before I would have gave you all a 5 star recently you all have dropped the ball. You are never available so the same day appointment is false advertisement. I have been to the hospital more times than I can count because you never have a spot for anyone to be seen. Even your doctors says call before you go to the hospital and even then it’s I’m sorry yes go to the hospital we are booked. I’m definitely going to change practices and would advise anyone with real emergency issues to either go to the hospital as I was instructed or find a new practice this one doesn’t care enough to keep patients or their word. Sharp Knowledge with great experience, services are great, the staff is fabulous. I am going to this clinic since 2010 and they always take care of all my needs which made things easier for me and I trust them for all my medical needs and I am 110% satisfied from their services. They believe hands on experience. Strongly Recommended

Staff is horrible , never answer the phone very rude !!!!!! they say they are having phone problems every time . I will be switching doctors . I wouldnt even give them a 1✴ lastly I made my appointment yesterday and had to cancel today because of weather conditions they charged me 50$ and the receptionist hung up on me!!!!

Progressive Medical Care is a top-notch medical practice. The practitioners are knowledgeable and comprehensive in their approach, with excellent bedside manner. It's not a practice where they try and get you in and out as quickly as possible. They want to make sure they cover all of your concerns with excellence; time does not seem to be a factor. Dr. Naqvi is a wonderful, kind and empathetic Dr. She takes the time to really listen. She’s so wonderful that I now have my 92 year old mother and my sister seeing her as her patients. The office is very easy to get to and the staff are extremely kind and know me by name. It’s a very warm environment. I’d highly recommend her.

The worst experience ever!! I was scheduled for 12 and after one hour a nusre came . Their blood pressure machine was not working. I'm never good back again!!!

Sent me on my way with no answers. Ended up going to hospital later that day. Hospital said they should have never sent you home without antibiotics for strep throat. Just tried calling them three times to see if they would write me a prescription. Got put on hold for 14 minutes the first time. Called back and put on hold again for 12 minutes called again and they just asked if they could put me on hold again. I explained that I was put on hold twice already for an unreasonable amount of time. She said someone just called before you and there is nothing they can do. I said that wasn't possible because I just called back three times in a row. Again no help, no answers. Sent me on my way with no answers. Ended up going to hospital later that day. We never had any problems with the doctors or PA, but the office staff is terrible. We had numerous visits where the staff did not seem to know what was going on. Phone calls were very unprofessional and unproductive, so we actually had to go in to take care of business that wasn't properly handled over the phone. The doctors were always great, but getting past the office staff no longer made it worthwhile for us to continue coming here (as of spring 2017). A great family friendly environment with genuine staff create an atmosphere in which all are welcomed and cared for. I am very satisfied with the office staff and Doctor Naqvi. The care they give you here is outstanding! It does feel like family when coming here, I have been coming here for years now and have not decided to go anywhere else. The other nurse practitioners are amazing as well. The Progressive Medical Care provides excellent health services. Dr. Tehseen Naqvi had always been very attentive, candid, and caring for resolving my health issues and worries. All the Clinic staff are efficient, professional, and friendly. The wait time is usually less than 30 minutes and office ambience is engaging.

Dr. Naqvi and her medical team at Progressive Medical care in Montgomery Village is awesome. I have been a patient there for over 4 years and have always felt valued. They are gentle, loving, relatable, professional and they do their job with pride and a smile. They make sure that I am good when I walk in and when I leave. She is very friendly and I highly recommend her. Overall staff members are very helpful and they take prompt actions on patients requests whether it is refills related or referral references letters. There is a Lab in the office too, which is a lot more convenient than making extra visits to labs for lab work. I just called in my first time to make an appointment. The secretary was very rude. Hung up on me twice when I wasn't even done talking with her. She changed my appointment and said that I would see the Dr. because it was going to be my first time there and at the end of the call, she told me I was gonna see the nurse practitioner and hung up the phone. (I haven't met the Dr. or nurse practitioner yet, so I'll come back to update this review. Hopefully they are not as rude)

I have been coming here for a couple months, the staff is great and friendly. I like that they are open on the weekends this is very convenient for me. Now lets get to the bad part. They charge you $2 for using a credit/debit card if you are going to make a payment...um!??? I have never heard of this before but ok. I went in today and the PA that I saw was someone else that I never seen before. I came in for a sick visit and all I got was a oh you have "bacterial infection" or "it's probably a virus" keep in mind I never go to the doctor like that only when I'm super sick. I asked if they could do a in house flu test like other doctors offices and he said he didn't know if they even do that...what kind of doctors office doesn't test for the flu!??. Nothing against the PA that I was seen by but he seemed like he didn't know how to answer most of my question. I was very disappointed for today's visit. Dr. Naqvi deserves a 5 star rating. She is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. Her knowledge for geriatric patients has been wonderful for my elderly mother. It is worth the drive to have a doctor that truly cares about her patients.
