Dr . Is amazing! I wonder if he knows how basalt his office staff is- they are absolutely horrible!

The front desk lady doesn't know what is RESPECT. The office manager lady does as well. They lied to me for my appointment. You can see they never say sorry for the unconvenience to the patient they caused for their stupidity. In a word the staff I encountered are rude and low life quality person.

I LOVE THIS MAN. HE HAS TRIED FOR 3 YEARS TO TRY AND CLEAR UP MY CHRONIC SINUS PROBLEMS. HE LISTENS, TAKES HIS TIME AND IS GENERALLY A REALLY NICE GUY.. HE FITS ME IN FOR APPOINTMENTS EVEN THOUGH HE IS COMPLETELY BOOKED AND I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES

I had to wait until two weeks to be seen by this practice. When I arrived to my appointment I was immediately turned around/appointment cancelled. The office manager Johany Garcia told me that I couldn’t be seen because I didn’t have an update physical copy of my insurance card. Please keep in mind, my updates insurance information was already provided to this office by my PCP weeks ago. So why would a physical copy stop me from being seen? And the reason why I didn’t have a physical copy on hand was my insurance company never sent out a new card but the old insurance card I did have on hand had the same medical numbers. I then ask to pay out of pocket and was told I couldn’t because the state requires that they collect my insurance instead. Johany then proceed to create a HIPAA violation by loudly discussing my personal information in front of other patients. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Nevada who governs private practices and the BBB. No one should be treated like the way I was treated regardless of race, medical insurance, or medical condition.

I never get a chance to see Dr. Kwiatkowski after 3 months’ waiting. My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute because of “doctor’s family emergency”, After waited for a month, the rescheduled appointment was cancelled again at the last minute with the same reason “doctor’s family emergency”. I am very disappointed. If you value your treatment time, think again.

THE WAIT WAS TWO HOURS, I LEFT! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

in November of 2012 this Dr infected my Mother (who is deceased no not because of this) and another gentleman with Hepatitis C. Now mind you this was before all of the pills came out. I've been a pharmacist for 20 years, the treatment before that was a series of shots that would wreck your body. I SAW the letters of guilt that he sent to my Mother, there were three. Claiming that if she would come in he would test her at his cost for a myriad of std's. when she Did come up positive for Hep C, he and warmc tried to blame it on her lifestyle. Well, she's been married to the same guy for 25 years, she's not diabetic, she doesn't do drugs, and she doesn't have tatoos so that takes out the needle theory. In face she had had the bird flu the year before when it was really bad and had all blood test possible-came up clean then. And it's no wonder he doesn't practice in bullhead city anymore. He was reprimanded by AZDHS a couple times, public info.

Worst doctor if you care about your health and money stay away!

I've been seeing Dr. Kwiatkowski for about 1.5 years. I did everything he recommended including multiple surgeries for my ear and allergy, some worked and some didn't. On my last visit, he prescribed me antibiotic and a hearing test. I didn't get the hearing test yet because I didn't feel that I needed it to know that I can't hear well (I've had many hearing tests in the past and the tests never changed the course of my treatment). And because of this, I spent 1 hour waiting and he refused to see me on this visit without the hearing test. He doesn't care to check to see if my ear is still infected or if the antibiotic he prescribed is working on not!!! He just have the office manager come talk to me and send me home!!! I found this physician to be inconsiderate and incompetent. I waited two days for him to show up because I had to be seen by him before I could be seen by my other physician. He strolled in by 6pm on Saturday without even having the decency to look at my scans or my chart beforehand. After telling me to open my mouth and looking at my throat with his personal cellphone light, he said “ compared to other cases you’re doing well, but I wont know exactly how you are doing until I look at your scans. I just wanted to get in here and speak with you first. If you don’t see me within the next ten minutes that means I want you to stay another night.” He graced me with his presents and left me with all of my questions unanswered . If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible Doctor!!! Husband was in the hospital for compromise airway and needed an ENT evaluation per Emergency Department Doctors. Dr. Kwaitkoski refused to come to the hospital because he said, “he is very busy man.” The hospitalist said, “Dr. Kwaitkoski will only come if it is LIFE AND DEATH.” So why did you become a doctor if he cannot come to see my husband whose airway became very small. Fortunately, my husband got better with IV antibiotics and other treatments. He was discharged without ENT Evaluation. Dr.Kwaitkoski has complete disregard for life.

I saw this doctor for sinus problems. It was a long wait in the waiting room, nice office. He was taking his mask off repeatedly and in the COVID era made me very nervous and nausous. He reviewed my cat scan and did a very lousy job explaining things to me. I'm not the brightest in he world, but he could have done a lot better. I tried to ask to have him explain me tings further, but I saw this pompous, egotistical elite that turned my stomach even further. I will absolutely never go back there.

This is a cattle call. You are not treated with great respect and dignity. Dr. Kwiatowski is not a caring doctor, what a waste of over three hours each visit.

Dr. K has treated my toddler and myself. He is kind, compassionate, and will not recommend a treatment or procedure if it is not needed. I really appreciate his bedside manner and down to earth attitude.

I had the balloon Sinus procedure two weeks ago and I am still suffering tremendously????. The worst headaches ever, blood clots and intense sinus pressure. No one gave me a post procedure sheet. Told me to take Tylenol, that’s it ‼️‼️ I should have been giving a few pain pills and maybe antibiotic because I am also suffering with a sinus infection now. The pain is almost unbearable ‼️ I am so angry at myself for believing the doctor that there was no pain in the procedure and I would be back to regular routine in one day. That is not true by all means‼️‼️ Because he works at this office one day a week, I am unable to see him to get anything prescribed for the pain. My experience was the exact same as many others. We arrived at 8 for an 8.15 appointment and was not seen till after 9.30. At no point did anyone explain the delay, I had to go ask and was told he was in a surgery. When the doctor finally arrived, he offered no apology and came in with a student, I think, that was not introduced. After the 5 minute consult i then had to chase him for the follow up information. In the end, my daughter missed an exam that was at 10 and I missed half a day of work after purposely booking an 8.15 slot. Nothing good about this experience, so much so that I have now requested my referral be transferred to another ENT, which after explaining the situation was approved. My Veteran husband Gary, had a new patient (referral) appointment today with Dr. Kwiatkowski. We personally waited just over an hour to see him & at first we were a little frustrated until we learned he had an emergency before we got there so it set everyone back schedule wise. The front staff was apologetic & sympathetic to our inquiries & very patient with me. We finally got placed in a room & shortly after, met with Dr. Kwiatowski. Despite a few negative reviews(which I read to my husband while waiting), we found him to be genial & very thorough. He went over the results of the CT Scan with both of us & answered all our questions & concerns. We felt at ease & confident (after much discussion) for the impending surgery needed to resolve Gare’s issue. When we were finished & satisfied with the decision, we shook hands & thanked him for his expertise & thorough manner. I told him we’d have gladly waited two more hours, more or less, just to see him...he’s that good! People tend to complain and forget to mention that Dr. K is a working doctor, whose patients include ones w EMERGENCY conditions. We were told early on that the Dr. sees patients & does procedures one day ea week, so when we arrived & were told he was running abt an hour behind, we were not surprised. I rather like knowing he takes people whose conditions need immediate attention. He has been doing this for double digit years & his patients have been singing praises about his work. When my husband & I saw him, he apologized for the wait, and got right down to business. We loved the fact that they took an on the spot CT scan of my sinuses that then showed that despite steroids & antibiotics, I still had swelling. I am comfortable in returning to have the balloon sinuplasty done here. He has done a whole lot of them and that’s what I want - a guy who has a lot of experience doing my procedure. All the ppl post sinuplasty have been very happy w/ his work & outcomes!

Smoke and mirrors. I saw this doctor after seeing his flashy website. When I got to the office, I was treated like second class citizen. The staff was not friendly and the doctor had an attitude. Id say arrogant. never going back

Guys, I thought I should share my experience because people tend to keep positive reviews to themselves. I want to spread the word about my treatment by Dr. Kwiatkowski at Sinus Solutions located next to Ikea. I had a history of chronic sinusitis of over 13 years, going through recurring sinus infections once every month or two. I went through at least 5 different medications with no results whatsoever. My daughter called for an appointment on Tuesday, and Dr. Kwiatkowski saw me on Thursday of the same week. The office had a very cool artwork, and the staff was friendly and professional. Even though I had to wait for the Doc for about 25-30 minutes, it was well worth it. The emergency phone call interrupted my appointment (busy doctor!), but after about 5 minutes Dr. Kwiatkowski returned, apologized and took all his time to examine my sinuses and explain the options. Got here at 8.00 for an 8.15 appt. It's now 9.45, no doctor but worse no one bothered to tell us why he was running late or how long this would be. I run clinics and find this level of inconsideration to be unacceptable. My daughter missed an exam, I missed 2 appointments and half a day of work. The doctor finally came in 80 mins after scheduled time, no apology or explanation. He seems knowledgable but we won't be back.

This clinic is a third-world facility! You would get better service in rural Africa...I am a Physician myself (Internal Medicine) and brought my 93 years old father to see Dr. Kwiatkowski. The clinic opens at 9:00 am and we were there prior to opening. After 1:45 minutes of waiting we still have NOT seen Dr. Kwiatkowski...we had to leave, and wasted hours of our time. Obviously, modern ENT physician's time is so much more precious than his patients' time! Going there is a denigrating insult.

3 things that dissapointed me here 1. They over schedule patients and then everobody ends up waiting and waiting. I myself waited an hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor first time I was there. 2. Two days before my follow up appointment they called me to let me know that they have to reschedule it for 3 weeks later. As a reason they said the doctor simply has nothing open. But why to schedule on that day at first place? 3. So finally my appointment was supposed to be this morning at 8am. I am a terminally ill cancer patient. I lost the ability to speak 3 months ago. My oncologist referred me to Dr. Kwiatkowski out of fear that my vocal cords were paralyzed. The doctor was instructed to put a fiber optic scope down my throat to look at my vocal cords. Outcome: No vocal cord damage but massive swelling and inflamation in the surronding areas. Dr. what caused the swelling "I dont know". Dr. what can we do to reduce the swelling: "I have no idea". Dr. will I be able to ever speak again: "I dont know". Boy thanks for nothing. That is not even the worst part. My oncologist needed the records 10 days later to come up with a plan going forward. 1st call to the office, no one was able to help me, as the medical records department was not in the office. 2nd call left a message for medical records; no return phone call. 3rd call, a more aggressive voicemail left for medical records stressing the importance, still no return phone call. 4th contact, I showed up at the office demanding my records. They made me wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes when the office was closed for patients. When I received the records it did not have the vocal scope report findings. I asked where the report was and the desk said the doctor never wrote one. However you know what was in my records. All the procedures he did to be sent off to the insurance company for payment. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went to this office. My experience was the same as everyone else's. My appt was at 8:30. I wasn't taken back into the room until 11:30 and then waited another hour in the chair before he came in to see me. I waited 4 hours to be seen with only 3 patients ahead of me. I can't believe this doctor and staff has 3.7 stars. Even though they only accept high end insurance, it is run like an HMO office. The Doctor overbooks the schedule and has patients in 5 operatories simultaneously, jumping from one procedure to the next. Spends little to no time explaining anything. The only thing worse than the doctor is the staff. This applies to EVERYONE, not just the front desk. Their attitude would be best described as apathetic. First appt - Dr was held up in surgery..cant get mad however I sat in his front office for over an hour...in pain RESCHEDULE 2. Second appt - Dr was ill...guess couldn't call me night before RESCHEDULE 3. Third appt - Sat for 1hour 10 min in front office called to back...YEAH! finally I get to see doctor not to mention I'm in pain. A Dr we visited almost two weeks ago. Very patient and listened to our concerns about our son. He was shock at what explained about a previouse encounter ENT Cochlear Specialist. Please, be advise parents. Just because your insurance or Dr's has an ENT title it does NOT mean that they specialized in all those areas. ENT's studies are either "Surgeries" for only EARS cochlears, or basic DR's that check your Nose,Ears,throat and recommend you to another Dr who specializes in those area. DR. KWIATKOWSKI IS AWESOME!!!!! I went to see him because of frequent headaches, facial pain, and ear fullness. The ear pressure had become very bothersome and was causing me to have poor sleep. I had tried all types of over the counter medication and also had failed treatment with antibiotics. Dr. Kwiatkowski spent a significant amount of time with me going over all the ways to tackle this problem. He has a natural ability to make people feel calm and relaxed around him. He has a lot of patience and answered every question I had, something a lot of doctors don’t do. His office staff, who are also superb and efficient, were able to get me approved for an in Office sinus procedure that alleviated most of my symptoms. Dr. K is an awesome doctor, but he’s also very down-to-earth and has a great bedside manner. He’s kind and helpful. He truly cares about each patient and wants to make sure each person has a good experience. He is also top-notch at what he does, and has been performing sinus surgery with the highest of regard for perfection and patient wellbeing. I highly recommend him to anyone. This guy did my septoplasty. I coudln't breathe through my left nostril for years and now I'm breathing like a champ! His demeanor is awesome. I got the feeling there is no doubt I found a great doctor because of his calm no stress way of explaining things and answering questions. Everything just seemed easy to him and I never felt an ounce of worry or doubt before or after surgery.

Nobody ever writes reviews when something is good. Most people like to only write negative when something bad happens. This is about what matters your health. Yes we waited 4 hours so what? The doctor actually went into surgery the moment they realized a patient being seen needed to do surgery on the spot. The hospital is attatched so we waited. We got the truth not some run around about go make another appointment , go do this, come back four months later........our lump on my wifes neck ok!

He is a good doctor. My issue is his office. The wait was over an hour. They need to either schedule less people or hire another ENT. Maybe even calling patients to tell them not to come in for an hour. The wait is awful.
