I absolutely love Dr. Ware and his staff. My entire family goes to him and I love how he makes you feel right at home with the music and his upbeat personality . I'm still given his business 5 stars because it's not him it's this particular person with this particular voice that make me feel some kind of way . Example I can call and the voice answers, I would say hello good afternoon how are you today?ect she in return say fine ! I know everyone is different , but if someone asks you about your day surely in return you would ask about theirs my opinion only,but it has been several occasions when I awould just answer myself for her and still she doesn't receive what I'm expressing, but overall I love Dr. Ware and most of his staff .... To the voice please take in to consideration that maybe you are the only person that may be able to give light to someone just by asking in return how a caller's day is going . My boys love going to Dr. Ware. Its a very family -centered atmosphere. Dr. Ware and his staff are awesome. We are always greeted with a warm welcome, smile, and professionalism.

I was a potential patient, staff was not knowledgeable about procedures and gave vague descriptions and answers to inquiries (it was literally like pulling teeth). Everyone is always so nice at Dr. Ware's office. He is a very personable and down-to-earth dentist. He actually cares and takes time with his patients. All of his team is very professional and courteous.

friendly ENVIORMENT, excellent staff, made you feel extra relaxed, and Dr.Ware was very Informative about what was going on In my mouth, also gave me resolve on how to fix them. He will be my permanent Dentist as long as I'm in Jackson. I highly recommend him!!
