Dr. Pham is the best Physician b... - Dr. Pham is the best Physician besides Dr.I have ever encountered. I observed her many years ago when she was in the urgent care on a Sunday taking care of my husband. I liked her immediately and asked if she had a practice. Answer was yes so I made an appointment with her. She has never let me down in taking care of me, making herself clear and recommending other specialty doctors when needed.

I LOVE Dr. Pham. She listens and genuinely cares about your overall health. I would follow her wherever she goes.

I'd been seeing her for years. She told me she wanted me to wean off of xanax after my current psychiatrist ghosted me because she wasn't comfortable with the amount I was on. She told me if I didn't wean off of it slowly or went "cold-turkey" I could have a seizure or worse. I talked to my new psychiatrist right away and he refused to prescribe it. From there I tried to contact Dr. Pham for 3 days and only got unclear messages from her secretaries each time. Finally I was able to speak to a nurse who told me Dr. Pham had decided not to prescribe me Xanax. I told her "I do not have a psychiatrist. I have nowhere to get it. Could she help me wean off?" And the nurse said that she refused, and then refused to let me talk to her. I'd also like to make a note that Dr. Pham was the first doctor to put me on Xanax when I was 17, before I even knew what it was. So now basically I have to go to the hospital, asking for Xanax like an addict because she refused to prescribe it even though she knew I had no other way of getting it and said HERSELF going off "cold turkey" was very dangerous. I will be going forward with this because it is insane to me. Between her and my psychiatrist who disappeared I've just lost faith that anyone in the medical field actually cares about your health outside of appointments where they're making money. The office is completely unorganized. Mothers discharge orders said to follow-up with Dr Pham in 3 days. Her office had zero availability. Took 20 days to see her AFTER A HOSPITAL STAY finding a brain tumor. Offered one of her associates to see her 9 days after the hospital visit, but my mother was not comfortable since they were not familiar with her extensive health history. The visit was a video visit that was scheduled, then had been canceled to make the associate’s appt and then rebooked but made it an in office visit without communicating that to us. Called the office day of the appt and put on hold for 12 min, only to be hung up on when someone finally went to answer the phone. Had to call back and wait again. Once we finally got into contact with the doc it’s as if all her answers are pre-recorded messages. “I’m sorry to hear that” “let’s move on from here” “I apologize” “there is nothing I can do further.” Honestly I had to ask HER what the next step was...she said a visit in a week. So she can see all that has been done while she was in the hospital. But that is what this appt was a “hospital follow up” ??? She seemed to have not even read anything about the brain cancer and was more concerned about a trivial health issue. She clearly did not prepare or read any of the hospital notes or follow up. Henry Ford said Pham was to be in charge of all of her post hospital care moving forward, however, she has no clue what she is supposed to do. We left the video visit no further ahead other than her putting in a referral for home care to contact me. Awesome follow up for a new diagnosis of brain cancer. Not cool that her office wants me to wait over 2 months for an appointment when I am sick. Also they put me as a new patient even though I was there in 2016. This is their way of saying we don't like your insurance, find someone else

Dr.Pham does not listen, and did not address any of my health concerns. Everytime I leave her office I feel frustrated and bewildered. She wrote a complete lie in my progress notes for no reason. I'm done, moving onto another practice.

Dr. Pham never tries to rush you through your visit. She takes the time to listen to you, I was very impressed with that on my first visit. She has continued to be involved and caring when it comes to my and my families health care. She has been our doctor for over 3 years and she's the best

I, my husband and daughter all have had Dr Pham as our primary care doctor for several years. She is attentive, personable, and has always made time to hear our questions and answer them. Recently my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer because Dr Pham did a PSA test two years after the last one. Most doctors don't order that test in less than 3-5 years since the last. We are grateful she did this. Otherwise we would not have known.

As a new patient, I felt very at ease. She was very welcoming and very friendly. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I felt that I had a complete physical.

My brother had been seeing her previously and recommended her to me. I have never been happier and more comfortable seeing a doctor since that first experience. Dr. Pham is exceptionally friendly, intelligent, calm, relaxed, easy to work with and understand, and listens to you to ensures you receive the best possible information in return. HIGHLY recommended, and definitely deserves a solid A+ rating! Thank you Dr. Pham!

Something is wrong with this office. They like to cancel appointments without letting you know first. I had a pre-surgical screening and physical within one week. They canceled the first one when I was on my way there. Exactly one week later I showed up for my physical and they said I didn't have an appointment at all. The office staff was very rude. These are the people in charge of our health. If they can't handle schedules, how can they handle a life and death situation? Don't trust them!!!
