I agree she has no knowledge or experience there goes to show having a degree doesnt make you smart experiences make you smart anyone can go to college and get a degree I was waiting a while until she got to the room and we started talking a little about my condition I had in mind that I wanted to talk about three concerns Once I got to the second concern of mine she literally ignored my question because she’s not smart enough to give me any feedback She just told me that I should get some labs done I then went on to my third concern and she immediately cut me off and told me she only had 15 minutes with me and she had to leave and go to another room to see another patient I thought that was so unprofessional and rude. I’ve never had a doctor say such a thing then she got defensive because I explained to her that if she really cared about her patients she would stop and listen so then she started to yawn and shake her head. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing so disrespectful

9/2021-Met Dr. Tran for the first time with my family at R-Health. She is kind, patient & knowledgeable. My entire family all agree that she is a good listener and a caring doctor.

Horrible staff and inefficient doctor. Dr Tran lacks knowledge and experience would give no star if possible..stay away

Dr Tran has no knowledge and no experience... Staff is super lazy and inefficient Dr herself is rude, no manners and dont have patience even to listen to patient, just randomly wants to guess and give some rxs...its crazy....there are no patients still they make you wait to create an atmospher......never go there...find someone else wish can give zero star

My apointment was at 3 pm, I reached at 2:40 pm and filled out all paper work. Rude staff, first the receptionist was late from lunch break. After 20 mins she decides to come and take my vitals. I was describing my symptoms, she says, Oh, its a lot, you have to come up next time for other symptoms. If I am sick on that particular day, why would I come other day. Super rude and no manners. After waiting for almost 1 hr and 25 mins, dr tran comes in, in a big rush, Never going back

Dr Tran is a well trained physician. Her office did a great job fitting me in as a new patient with an urgent issue within 2 days of my initial call. She wrote the referral I requested and conducted the appointment in a timely fashion. I will definitely be returning for future care.

Uses her own problems as an excuse from helping the patient as she is paid to do. She stated that she is over worked with dealing with thirty patients a day and can't even take a pee break this is her own words. Maybe if she took a time management class she would be more efficient.

She is more concerned with herself than her patient's well being and has no clue about alternative medicine. Welcome to the 19th century...
