I don’t normally place reviews but I could not be happier w my experIence w Dr Foley and his staff- from the care, kindness & customer service to the knowledge & performance. After a bad experience w dermo removing a mole on my shin, so glad they sent me to have Dr Foley to fix it. Highly recommend

I have lost 125lbs and have/had so much extra skin! Especially in my abdomin. From the very first time I called to schedule my first appointment everyone was so nice and helpful. Meeting Dr. Foley for the first time he understood what I wanted done and helped direct me to what would be best for me. He explained everything to me and out my mind at ease. Even through this pandemic things got jumbled but got me scheduled as soon as possible. Every contact from the start was very welcoming. Which is what I needed. Having to be so vulnerable with my body I never felt embarrassed or uneasy which is a big thing for me. My surgery came and everything from that day was amazing. I had an abdominoplasty surgery which removed 3lbs of excess skin. West shore Surgical center and Dr. Foley made such a scary day seem like a dentist appt. My surgery went well with no complications. Everything went as he explained it would. My scar looks great and my abdomin area is everything I could have hoped for. I truly am so thankful for him and his staff. If I ever have any needs that can be accommodated through them that is where I will go. I will continually suggest him to all my family and friends. After a breast reduction gone bad it was hard for me to trust in another Dr and still is. A friend told me about Dr Foley. I made a consult appt with him. I felt comfortable and he was very knowledgeable. Since he was so caring and explained everything so well I decided to go ahead with my reconstruction surgeries with him. After my surgeries Dr Foley said he would be here for me if I needed anything else done. That was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr Foley to all my friends and family. I am very impressed by Dr. Foley and his entire staff. I recently had a Squamous Cell Carcinoma removed from my ear. The office staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Dr. Foley’s nurse assistant was a consummate professional. Dr. Foley, what can I say? He goes out of his way to explain, the procedure, follow up and expectations in a way that I understood completely. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Foley and his excellent staff. Everyone has been very kind, professional and helpful. Dr. Foley is a highly skilled surgeon who treats his patients with respect and compassion, listening carefully to their concerns and providing the very best outcomes possible.

Dr. Foley's staff wasted my time by being inexperienced, and not through in regards to the Doctor's criteria. They had no problem holding my down payment for several months. I have no problem with a Doctor having certain agreements with the private insurerers industry in Pennsylvania. More than likely all doctors are pushed into this situation. I'm sure there are plenty of competent and skilled surgeons in the area (they have to be - they're surgeons) but in all seriousness if you live in the central pa area or are out of state this doctor is top notch from bedside manner to operation/practice - I was blown away and compelled to write a review.. it's the least I could do. Five stars! he deserves all the business he can get - what he gives in return is truly priceless. Thank you.. also an important note, what I thought was going to be out of pocket expenses was covered under insurance so you never know! he is worth your time, he changed my life. Dr.Foley is AMAZING! He is a very knowledgeable surgeon that is willing to go above and beyond to help his patients. He made me feel very comfortable during my consultation and took his time answering all my questions (I had many). He has a culturally diverse staff and these ladies are very sweet from the moment you check-in. He was a very caring doctor, and listened and explained everything that I wanted to know. He didn't rush or make me feel like your just another patient. Dr. Foley is a brilliant surgeon. His work is flawless and mostly because he is a perfectionist. He really cares about the well being of his patients. I had a great experience last year when I had a cosmetic procedure, so when I needed to have a skin cancer removed from my lower leg I went to Dr. Foley. He clearly communicated what I'd experience during the surgery and asked throughout the procedure whether I was comfortable. It eliminated the anxiety I had felt about the procedure. He promptly followed up with me on the results of the biopsy. I have complete confidence in his talent and his genuine personal concern for the patient.

Really great and kind surgeon!

Dr Foley explained to me that if a woman has an unbalanced appearance after breast cancer, she can have surgery to create proper symmetry. I had always been 'abundant.' This was the best opportunity to get reduction surgery as well as re-establish symmetry. Dr Foley is very sensitive and kind...with a touch of gentle humor. I still can't believe that I was vain enough to get this surgery. I'm glad I did. I feel so much better. Now, I'm 'living the dream.'

Dr Foley removed Basal cell carsinoma from under my eye 2 years ago and you can not even see any mark at all. He is both kind and talented. His entire staff is warm and welcoming.

Without question the most professional and compassionate I have ever met (and I've met a lot). Incredibly knowledgeable while maintaining a huge degree of humility. I love his willingness to LISTEN! He sees his patients as people, rather than just a "list of symptoms." Highly, highly recommend him.

I recently had reconstructive surgery (for the 2nd time) following treatment for breast cancer. Dr. Foley did an absolutely amazing job! I am beyond thrilled with the outcome, he did exactly everything he said he was going to do. My 1st surgery (performed by another doctor) resulted in deformities, constant discomfort and I was very unhappy. I would definitely refer Dr. Foley for any type of breast surgery (I had an implant and a breast reduction) I'm really impressed, he did an excellent job!

Dr. Foley put me at ease through the procedure and I barely felt a thing. Minimal scar, I'm very happy with the level of care.

Dr Foley is a gem. Is honest and forthcoming. Spends as much time as he needs to answer any and all questions. All staff are extremely friendly and informative. Pleasant environment. First and foremost, though.....he is a brilliant surgeon. Highly recommended??

i had to to my 94 year old dd in and dr foley was patient, knowledgeable, put my dad at ease, answered my questions, professional as well as personable, and the job he was impeccable. i would totally recommend him to anyone needing skin cancer

I had previous experience with having basal cell carcinoma removed. It was not a pleasant experience. I decided I needed another surgeon. Dr Foley not only explained his procedure but he made sure that there would be zero discomfort. He is a calm in your nervous storm. I will recommend him to everybody I know who needs any kind of cosmetic or plastic surgery.

I met with Dr. Foley to correct a devastating breast augmentation from another plastic surgeon. I had a double bubble under both breasts, major scarring and over sized implants. Dr. Foley was honest that he had never corrected this exact situation. He followed up with me, as he educated himself on the best options. I was very nervous but after months of talking with Dr. Foley, I decided to have the surgery. Wow, beautiful results! He is a brilliant, perfectionist. I highly reccomend Dr. Foley.
