Would absolutely not recommend this person or practice. All he ever did was increase the dosage until completely dependent on opioid pain medication. Then was dropped as a patient via mail! Had no concerns about fixing the medical issues just covered the problem with narcotic pain medication until addicted. Then could no longer provide treatment after becoming addicted to opioids currently seeking legal consel. Would absolutely not recommend this person or practice. I have only had the pleasure of dealing with his patient committing insurance fraud and identity theft!!! Apparently he doesn't check SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS!! I DONT LIVE IN N.CAROLINA!!!

Money is all it is to him and he will push the highest of the highest amounts of meds in you and send you off ..every 2 to 3 years he sweeps his office.

Dr. Nicholas is an absolutely amazing doctor! I am very grateful to have him. I have a rare genetic disorder and am in horrible pain 24/7. He listens, works with me, and is very intelligent. I very highly recommend Dr. Nicholas!!!

This is hands down the most understanding Dr I've had the pleasure of having. He will work with you so your life is better no matter what kind of pain your having to deal with. He cares enough to keep a check on any blood work that can be affected by particular issues. He treats me and my mother for separate issues but keeps our appointments back to back since we have a good drive to get to him. He thinks of it all.... a Truly caring man indeed! Dr. Nicholas is a thorough, compassion, caring doctor that will do everything in his power to minimize your pain. This has become an almost impossible task with the constant interference from DEA dictating the Rxs he can prescribe and the amount for those he's allowed. Insane when they dont have a clue aboutbhus patients or their background. I know how stressful this has become for him having his hands handcuffed when he knows what his patients need and their complete history. GREAT DR!

I had 3 previous back surgeries 5 months before I saw Dr.Theodore. At about the t-10, my vertebra was broken, I was bent in half 90% at that point. .At Barrow Inst. I had to be put under & uncurled for a CAT scan & MRI. He operated on me right away. He told my wife it was a miracle I lived or was't paralyzed because my spinal cord was close to being severed. I owe my life to this man. God bless him.
