I went to emergency room with symptoms of miscarriage and all he said after confirming I lost the baby was that "there is nothing in the uterus" with uncaring cold voice and left the room. Terrible experience with the doctor who showed zero compassion to grieving mother!

I was in ER for the 3rd time with severe menopause symptoms (in a year and a half) which was so debilitating I could not function on a daily basis. Dr. Spirtos was the only doctor to recommend vistaril and it has allowed me to live life and get through the menopause symptoms. I wasn't aware there was anxiety medication that did not fall under the anti depressant or benzodiazapines category, which can be addictive. The medicine I am on is considered a histamine. Thank you, you are the best doc!
