I 100% agree with the above 1 star review. Dr. Pacheco was extremely late, unprofessional, and rushed during my visit. As a physician myself, I was extremely disappointed in her behavior and ended up leaving before my exam/visit was completed. I then reviewed my chart, and noted that she documented and billed for an exam that she did not complete. I highly recommend finding a different dermatologist.

Her staff booked me at the wrong location, so I got put on a wait list after waiting two months for my first apt. When I show up for second attempt, I was told there was a $100 consult fee no one ever mentioned before. I was taken back to see the dr. 35 minutes after my scheduled appt. time where the nurse started to ask me questions about a procedure I was not there for. I left 50 minutes after my scheduled appt bc I still hadn't seen the dr and no one was communicating when I would or what the delay was. She is the best!!!

Sadly, my experience with Dr. Pacheco was consistent with the previous reviewers negative ratings. No explanation, no follow through on getting my prescription called in, no sympathy for the discomfort I am experiencing, and rather cold.

This doctor refused to transfer my 5 months baby medication to the requested close to my home pharmacy and wouldn't even respond to my messages! Poor, unclear, communication and does not value her patients health and concerns. I highly DO-NOT recommend this doctor

Although Dr. Pacheco seemed to know her stuff and was on time, her bedside manner was very cold and unfriendly. This was my first visit with her and my last. She was rude to me about the fact that i hadn't been able to come back in for an appointment for so long and didnt explain anything to me. I had to keep asking questions about what they were doing, how to care for it, pretty much everything. She offered no explanation or info about anything, i finally started asking the resident. He at least answered my questions but i was left feeling like a nuisance to all of them. I left there only knowing i would hear biopsy results within 2 weeks, was thrown bandaids and vaseline and sent on my way. I will be asking for a different Dr. for my next appt. This doctor is hurried and curt and has some of the worst bedside manner I've seen. Her MA was nice and set up the procedure, but then Dr. Pacheco rushed in immediately started going to town on my face without explaining at all what the procedure was or what she was doing. She was so hurried that she was unable to hear my concerns and missed a couple of spots and now I have to go back and pay even more. I'll be finding a different dermatologist to go back to.
