Talked over me. 5 minute appointment. Does not answer questions , on phone several times in appointment.

I wis I could give 0 stars. My Doctor put in a referral in January 2022 because December I was hospitalized for having Ejection fraction of 30-35%. The hospital sent me a report showing all the labs as well as the other specialist. My pcp doctor referred me to Dr. Vallabhan. They didn’t call me so at the end of February I called and schedule. They scheduled me for 2 1/2 months out. I’m wearing a life vest. So my appointment came the staff was fine. As soon Dr. Vallabhan saw me he was rude. He was on his phone and said how can I help you. As soon as I started talking he was talking over me. Mind you I have my 20 year old son with me. He did this for about 5 minutes, looking at his phone and asking questions and speaking over me. I am a very passive person and my condition is serious. He was unprepared as well, not knowing anything about my case. He didn’t talk to me about my history as well. He was dismissive and I asked him to stop. I asked could he not speak over me while I’m talking. Dr. Vallabhan then tells me if I don’t want him doing that go find another doctor and to get out of his office. My son and I was confused. He had been rude and dismissive the entire time. I left immediately went to the car and cried. I’m wearing a life vest. In that moment he did not know the current state or condition of my heart. If you are your love one is scheduled or planning to schedule with this practice DON’T!! They made it so hard for my primary doctors office as well. This experience opened my eyes to see that not everyone in medicine means you well. I wis I could give 0 stars. We have been waiting 2 months for an appointment, and this is after I Personally drove the AUTHORIZATION paperwork to the office. My father has to have surgery next week and still no clearance from this Dr. Welp guess we will get a new Dr next week After said surgery. I can't prolong the surgery anymore

He is a great and understanding Dr. I highly recommend him.

One thing l noticed was, he had no gloves on when he took my staples out and never washed his hands before and after and he was using the computer , REALLY!!

Dr. Vallabhan is the doctor you see when you go there. He is quick to evaluate and diagnose your issue and recommend the appropriate treatment and testing. He takes the time to get to know you personally and understands how frightening it is to get a diagnosis of AFIB which I have. He explained my treatment options in a way I can understand not being a doctor and really cares about you and your concerns. He will take the time to answer your questions and provide you with his knowledge.

I really like the staff. When I call the office they didn't keep me on hold like my old Doctors office. When I do have an appointment the Doctor spends time with me and gives great personal care. He answers all of my questions and does not rush me out.
