Very patient and good listener But not updated about modern , new lab test and imaging. collecting swap and smear during menses( bleeding) which cab go to false results and it is not based on protocol'! Refuse to priscrible AB for PID although obviouse Infection was envolved. Thanks god changing and visiting new Dr and starting AB helped a lot. For general consultantion he is great and kind doctor and will responce you by email quickly.

Dr. Bailey is an excellent OBGYN. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

The worse service , I can’t imagine.. I’m pregnant doctor as his stuff doesn’t care at all .. coming always on time , and office talk to me like a sheet ... they are so rude ..never come there ever .

Waited 6weeks to get an appointment here, which is fine. My appointment was this morning at 9:45 I arrived at 9:35. Checked in, started filling out paperwork and then a woman came out to tell me that my appointment has to be re-scheduled because Dr. Bailey got called out to deliver a baby. I have been having issues for months and need to see someone. I was told no-one is available to see me. What a waste of my time. I will NEVER go back there. Dr Bailey chopped up my uterus so bad it had to be stapled. What was suppose to be a simple uterine fibroid removal ended up being yrs of pain due to a surgical hernia created during surgery by Dr Bailey. It took 3 post surgeries with a different surgeon to try and fix the damage . My advice is get a 2nd opinion. I understand Drs have bad days but this was at my expense and my health Dr Bailey chopped up my uterus so bad it had to be stapled. Dr Bailey is the most caring doctor. He truly cares about his patients. I had two successful surgeries with him. The staff is so nice. I am so happy to have him as my doctor.

Dr Bailey Is the kindest most caring and genuinely interested provider I’ve ever encountered. He truly loves his profession and all of his patients. He takes his time and does all his own testing and ultrasounds. The staff is so nice and thorough and both offices are very nice and pristine. Never want to go with this doctor again.

Last week I delivered my second baby with Dr. Bailey. I feel very blessed to have him as my doctor. He actually delivered me and has been my moms doctor forever as well. I live in Orange and his care is well worth the drive. Another review says he is matter of fact and doesn't show emotion. He is matter of fact and I appreciate that about him. I wouldn't want my doctor to sugar coat anything. He is personable and cares about his patients however, I'm very open and share my concerns with him which in turn gives him the opportunity to ease my concerns. Wait times can be long, but you never know what's going on with other patients (emergency delivery, labor, etc.). He's very supportive of my overall being and remembers conversations we've had in the past. (I've had to remind other doctors of things I've told them during past appointments). My first pregnancy was relatively smooth, but my second pregnancy had complications from the start. Dr. Bailey helped me get through my pregnancy with confidence. He is very knowledgeable and I always trusted his advice and opinions to help guide me to make appropriate healthcare decisions. Dr. Bailey is a good enough Dr., but his office staff leaves much to be desired. Very discounting and not very concerned or caring about your condition. I don't know if its that they are understaffed and they are so stressed they do not care. I had endometrial cancer and the surgical scheduler would never return calls to schedule. When i finally got thru to someone she put me thru AGAIN to the voicemail no explanations or anything. I finally went to another ONC/GYN I got right in!

First of all you will need to be prepared to pay for parking, something they do not tell you when you make an appt. On top of having to pay for a doctors appt, you have to pay to park to see the doctor. The front office staff are completely rude, act as if you're wasting their time, have a mean dismissive tone. Also, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your scheduled appt, so if you have an appt at 3pm you won't be seen until 3:30 sometimes even later and they do not care. Typically I understand this going into any doctors appt but then to have the front office staff be so rude make it that much worse. Now let’s discuss Dr. Thomas Bailey, he's a doctor has your typical doctor bedside manner. Very to the point, shows no emotion, makes no real connection to his patients - nothing new where with doctors. I've been seeing him since January 2013 after I was told I needed surgery. Fast forward to October 2015, went in for my annual check-up, waited (no real surprise here), time for my pap, his nurse was nowhere to be found so he pulled in another doctors nurse. 3 weeks go by, I get a phone call they lost my test results and I needed to come in. I also happened to have a mammogram so I wanted to take care of them both at the same time. I spoke with Wendy in detail about this, I was told I could come in immediately following my mammogram which she knew the time. As I was walking into the building I see Dr. Bailey walking out. I go to reception and they tell me he just went to lunch I would have to wait. I was in complete shock, this is not what I had arranged with his nurse Wendy, I asked to speak with her and was told she was not available - I would have to wait, I could not wait, I had another appt. I called Wendy several days later and she was rude yelling at me, told me they wouldn't charge me for my pap (even though they lost the test), I was in complete shock over her tone and nastiness with me. There is NO reason for them to file a claim against my insurance for their negligence - this borders insurance fraud. I will be calling Aetna an sharing this common practice by Mission OBGYN. As I was trying to schedule and get confirm from Wendy and the importance of getting this test done and me not waiting, she slammed down the phone and hung up. For someone who recently had a cancer scar, you would assume a nurse representing a doctor would understand the urgency of getting testing done ASAP. I will be filing a formal complaint with the NCSBN against his nurse and against Mission OBGYN Medical Group. Their practices really need to be looked into.. Horrible experience with front office staff and his nurse Wendy, she is extremely rude and dismissive. Lost test results, yelling on the phone, slamming down the phone/hung up, then told me they wouldn't bill my insurance again - acting as if they are doing me a favor for them losing test results. She has the worst bedside manner I've ever seen in the medical community. Nasty.
