Dr. Thomas Lee Bradshaw

A good experience on April 13, 2022. I was expecting a lot more pain from gum graffs. Dr. Bradshaw was informative and very patient especially working in my smaller hard to access back teeth area.

My experience aligns with pretty much everybody else who has left a review for Dr. Bradshaw. The idea of periodontal surgery really stressed me out and I kept postponing the inevitable even though my dentist was strongly encouraging me to visit Dr. Bradshaw for about a year (yeah, I'm that guy!). I finally bit the bullet and underwent periodontal procedures in November 2021 and then again in March 2022. I was immediately struck, during the pre-surgery consultation period, with Dr. Bradshaw's patience. He explained things in great detail; answered all of my questions and concerns; and never made me feel that he was pressed for time. During the actual procedures, he was very calm and professional and made it a priority to address even the most minor discomfort I was feeling. The surgeries were successful and I can honestly say that they were far less stressful and painful than I thought they were going to be, which I attribute to Dr. Bradshaw's focus on customer care and his technical skills. I strongly recommend Dr. Bradshaw if anyone needs any periodontal work. If there was an option to put more than 5 stars, I would. He is patient, thorough, and knows how to make you feel completely comfortable pre, during, and post-procedure. Due to my genetics, I have naturally receding gums. Because of this, I have visited Dr. Bradshaw's office many times. I only plan on visiting Dr. Bradshaw in the future if I ever need additional surgeries as I completely trust him and have had a positive experience every time I have gone into his office. Dr Bradshaw is great... but keep an eye on his office staff if you want to go here. They messed up the billing after they lied and said they were in network for my insurance. Then when they finally got the billing straight, I still had a balance because they were out of network. I never received a bill, a call or anything. It went straight to collections. Then I had a hastle because collections can’t take an HSA card so I had to make payment arrangements. After the payments were complete then I start receiving notifications from a law firm stating they are dismissing my case. They better dismiss it after it was paid. The office staff were very rude whenever I reached out to them to help clear the acct. They said once they send it to collections they won’t talk to you.... even if they messed up all the billing which is why the acct was past due! Maybe they should have dialed my number before they blindly send it to collections. Dr Bradshaw is great... but keep an eye on his office staff if you want to go here. Very glad I was referred to Dr Bradshaw. He’s thorough and very helpful in instructing on proper dental hygiene care. Wish I would have found him years ago.

Dr Bradshaw is awesome. My husband, my mom and I are his patient. He takes time to answer all of your questions, his hygienist Lisa is knowledgeable and thorough, best cleaning I have ever had.

I am having implants done and I am super happy with Dr. Bradshaw. He is very meticulous which is important to me as one of the implants is right in the front. I was surprised at how little pain I felt and how tolerable the procedure was. I have heard the opposite from many friends who had the same procedure done by different providers. Dr Bradshaw is very thorough, takes his time with you and makes you feel at ease. I have not found another doctor like him.
