Dr. Thomas F Cahill

I saw him about 8 years ago. Didn't know there was a place to rate him. I thought it was a sinus problem cause of all the pressure I was getting is my sinus areas. He said they were fine according to the x-ray. Then he said, "so what's the problem?" I said, " my sinuses......He cut me off and screamed at me "there's nothing wrong with your sinuses!!!! So I obviously didn't know quite how to explain what I was going through but he did know I was having the pressure and said I was probably grinding my teeth at night. He left the room and came back with a prescription for medication that I was already taking. Before he had come back I was in tears because of the way that he had screamed at me. Totally unprofessional!!! I had also said I was experiencing a lot of dizziness which I told my primary doc who referred me but because they never put it in their notes he didn't believe me about it.

Lisa at the front desk was extremely rude. 100% should not be working with the public.

Would never refer him since he left a bloody gauze in my nose for weeks! Couldn't eat or sleep with that rotting smell in my nose!

I found him to be rude and insulting.

Waited forty minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The doctor was with me for all of ten minutes before telling me my ears look "perfectly normal." I know this isn't true because up until the age of 17 or 18 I had ear problems / infections so bad I had to see a specialist in Boston. My own PCP said that my right ear is full of scar tissue, when I saw her two weeks before my appointment here. All of a sudden that magically went away I don't think so. He sent us to Boston because of cancer he found. Thank God for doctor Cahill.

Dr. CaHill is an excellent doctor, I met with him multiple times for a throat issue. He was patient, super informative, and spent a lot of time with myself and my husband answering our questions. He knew my precise diagnosis before the tests results came back. He referred me to a top notch surgeon in Boston who taught at Harvard to do my surgery. Without his guidance and knowledge, things may not have gone so smoothly for me. I’d refer him most highly to anyone needing an ENT. Great doctor, very thorough in his examinations. Gave me good feedback and prescribed me what I needed for lingering medical issue. Follow up in one month.

Very nice man and great listener. Sees the entire body connections related to a ent issue. Immediately did additional testing, same day in office and referral within days. Some older techniques combined with current technology.

Twice! Once in jan and once in march I was told the doc has the flu need.to.reschedule! Ive been partially deaf in my right ear since an accident in dec.. No one is concerned.. Lisa at the front desk is a miserable human being. Office is in need of updating. Dirty and disgusting with peeling wallpaper. All the medical equipment is dated. Medical staff doesn’t really care about you. Ill be finding another ear doctor. You should probably look elsewhere too.

great surgery, great follow up, no pain following surgery

Waited 40mins pass my appointment time to be seen only to have other patients complain about waiting over 90mins that’s when I left. I guess the reviews online about this dr is accurate.

I chose Dr Cahill for my 98 y/o mother after her previous ENT passed away. I brought her to his office twice for treatment. She requires periodic visits for chronic ear issues. At the second visit, Dr Cahill pointedly said to me "I haven't got time for this, you need to bring her somewhere else" My response should have been: Pray tell, what do you have time for? I was completely taken by surprise by that a physician would have the arrogance and audacity to say that. Very disappointed.

This doctor performed 2 surgerys on me to "fix" my deviated septum and sinus problems. Not only did he not fix the problem he made it worse so made even more work for my new ENT doctor. horrible bedside manner,makes you feel as if you are bothering him when you return with same symptoms.so glad I found a new doctor who cares,not just in it for the money. My girlfriend had similar experiences as well. I wouldn't suggest this doctor to my enemies.
