Amazing surgeon and facility. Surgeon and check in staff and very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The PA I had (Gene I believe) was hard to talk to sometimes, he seemed to have an ego instead of listening to my concerns. I personally don’t trust him with my care and had him removed from my care moving forward due to interactions with him I had on multiple occasions (for example, he caused unnecessary pain by putting “pressure therapy” over my hardware screws in my shin, telling me it will feel better later; it got much worse and hurt more than before following that despite me asking him to stop due to pain. He has a larger need to be right than to help with an issue). Thomas Connolly however is very attentive and helpful. The office was kind and supportive with removing the PA from my plan of care, and understanding that it wasn’t a good fit for my situation. I will have issues with my knees for life due to “factory defects” as I like to call it, but he gave me the smoothest experiences of the 5 knee surgeries I’ve had so far with 3 different surgeons. Dr Connolly is the absolute best. He make you feel comfortable even when your in pain or scared. He's the only ortho I will ever go to.

Highly recommend. My husband and I have both gone to Dr. Connolly for orthopedic issues with great results.

This Doctor has very poor bedside manner and interactions with his patient. He came in the room and spent ALL of 2 minutes with me. He never looked at my chart or history and suggested i follow up with a doctor i had already seen. This man gave me nothing to manage the pain and then stopped answering my calls when i called back. His nurse Sheila is horrible and never returns calls. I would not go back if he was the last doctor on earth.

Very short interactions. Don't think we ever had a full physical exam of shoulder. Did not feel any of the issues were appropriately addressed. I had a workers' compensation injury and he told me although a compensable injury that the insurance company wouldn't pay and I should just settle and pay privately for continued pain from this injury. The Insurance company was managing care and he was doing his part in this behavior, making legal recommendations but not providing appropriate care.
