Two years with Dr. Davidson, always blood test, results and prescription renewal. Nothing that was too deep. Although I have been sick for 2 years. As of today I found a new Dr. due to calling the office 20x’s in 3 days, No answer, No return calls.. went to his office with a reception of a very rude mouth receptionist. Non caring young lady. My husband has used this dr for years and those ladies in there will do anything for him..but I used them for a couple years and was treated horribly. When I needed his help the most Dr Davidson totally ignored me, I was suffering from anemia, a very extreme case of anemia and had no idea that’s what it was. But I would go see him and cry for him to just figure out why I was having headaches, chronic fatigue, dizziness and he ignored me. I finally went in for my yrly with my gyn & he did blood work and found I was in need of a blood transfusion. After my gyn treated me I felt better. When I went back to Dr Davidsons for another reason I was telling his little medical assistant that was doing my prescreen that after a yr of feeling like death I finally feel good..well she stepped out of the room started talking to the lpn about them needing to “drug test” me bc I was “too happy” so I let them and of course it cane back clean. But I was very offended. His staff is horrible. Although the women treat my husband like a god they screw up a lot. They will schedule his bi-weekly injection appt on a day their not even open. But they close all the time and the staff is extremely rude, just plain rude. As a nurse I couldn’t believe how Dr Davidson never treats the underline issue. Just not a good place. He is so hard to work for his office staff changes weekly. Be careful if you go here. Have been there twice and never met the Dr. Office did not return calls on two occasion. Prescriptions were not handled in a timely manner. They hung up on my call this morning. Ill find another Dr.

Dr. Davidson, is phenomenal

Dr. Davidson is very through in his job and explains the lab results in detail, never had a doctor that ever did this before.

Tom is a great person. Caring and compassionate. Have had him as my doctor for 30 plus years.

He's Great. Wifey, runs all (as is usual nowdays). You pissed her off b4 she married him, she is gonna relentlessly insure your screwed.He, and staff, are best ever. I told him when/if ever really bad ill, ur my doc. She ruined that, IMHO.

My husband and I are so blessed to have Dr. Davidson as our doctor. He is very knowledgeable and takes excellent care of us. He and his staff treat us like family.

I love this office. The staff is always friendly. I never have a problem getting a timely appt. Dr. Davidson always listens to me and takes his time. I never feel rushed. I walked in the door today not feeling well and was scheduled to see him at 1:45 dame day! My husband who is diabetic sees the NP and he likes her also

Have never had a problem with Dr. Davidson's office until today. Called today to try and get some information and his receptionist Kelly was really rude and would not help me.

My Husband had blood work done there, just a yearly work up and Dr. Davidson and his wife assured us that our ins. Would take care of it and if it didn't well at the most it would cost us $100.00. Well ins. Paid some of the $8000.00 but we received a bill for $1500.00. I can assure you we will not be back. Been using him for years but you screw me one time and I'm done. I hate a liar. Dr. Davidson has been my doctor for years and I love his family practice!!! Highly recommend!

I went to his office for a physical and the front end staff treated me Rudely, but I went back for a pre-employment physical and he didn’t do the necessary tests to accompany the report, even though I said they were needed... when I had to go back and tell them the potential employer didn’t accept the report, I was told they cannot do the tests, and still charged full price. And still had to go to another Doctor who immediately did all I needed right and in her office. Doc was nice, but ...

My husband tried to see this doctor when he was having problems, he was assigned to him with the blue cross he has. The staff was rude and would not work him in. Worst experience I ever had. My husband needed to have a heart cath but needed ref in order for ins to pay. This Dr. talked to the cardiologist but still wouldn't see my Husband. The Dr's wife wouldn't put her pride aside and work him in. Gave me a number to call to change pcp with my ins. They don't care about patients at all.

The most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. I’m honestly shocked by how rude and inconsiderate they are. Dr. Davidson was ok but he lets his wife run the office and she thinks it’s okay to make patients cry because there are no repercussions for her. I’m surprised they are still open and running. You don’t work in health care for the money, you work in it for the patients.

Best Doctor in Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach. He has been my doctor and my children's since 1989. I would highly recommend him!

One of the best around and a dying breed. I have seen/known him since I was 10 and I am 29 now. I went to school with his daughter and he coached my basketball team. That aside, he takes time to listen and wants to help you feel better. He never makes you feel like your exaggerating but he also knows how to keep you from becoming worried. I now live in Pensacola and wish I could still use him because no one compares! He is also affordable and understanding of money issues.
