Saved my husband's life when he had a horrible gallbladder attack. It was a complicated issue/surgery and Dr. Eustis did a fabulous job. If I ever needed a surgery, this Dr. would be my absolute first choice in Charleston.

As another posted my husband was very very sick and for the first time we ended up in the ER and after being told he was going to be admitted and under a surgeon naturally I became very worried. I was given the name Dr Thomas Eustis and began looking on-line to see what I could find, what I read was impressive. Before we had time to digest what was happening my husband needed surgery, and fast. Dr Eustis made us feel like he was operating on his own family member, so kind, patient, and most of all talented and a patient advocate all the way!! Both of us are retired RN’s We do not say that about many medical personnel. Not only did he save my husbands life, he did it all via Laparoscope, very late on a Saturday night, never once complaining. Not only did he save his life, he avoided a longer hospital stay and recovery. We highly recommend Dr Eustis and wouldn’t use anyone else!

This clinic has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they never picking up the phone and it’s practically impossible to contact them with any questions, I didn’t choose this clinic, dr Eustis was appointed to me from Georgia hospital, first I tried to change doctor but I couldn’t reach them over the phone and I wasn’t able to drive to the clinic, so I end up with them, then I needed note for work and again I couldn’t reach them, I was lucky to bump into dr Eustis on my way back from the clinic, otherwise who knows how long it would take, after that they send me bill for 50$ that I could pay right away but no…… the only to payment options is over the phone or by mail (21 century), so again I was trying to reach them over the phone left a ton of voice messages and even driving to their office a couple times for almost a month, but didn’t get any reply and clinic was always closed so I end up sending my billing information by mail, after couple weeks I received a mail from them that because I’m not paying my bill they sending my account to collection agency. Is this some kind of scam or highly unprofessional people I don’t know. Just wanted to let people know what to expect if you decided to go for this clinic. Zero stars that what they deserve. Awful

I was referred by my doctor to her. I waited 3MONTHS for an appointment on December 26! I got a call today 11:50 AM, that she wasn’t going to be there and they could make another appointment for MARCH!! Her office person said she had JUST told them. I find it hard to believe Elaine Eustis didn’t know sooner. I had to not travel right after Christmas because of that appointment! Piss poor management to say the least. Awesome job on son's appendectomy. We were blessed he was on-call and was there in less than 20 minutes. Son was feeling great the next day.

Dr. Eustis described perfectly what to expect from my surgery and recovery. During the consultation, he laid out every viable option, described the risks associated with each, and offered his personal insight and recommendation before letting me ultimately decide for myself. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Fixed a double hernia and less than one week out I have no pain! Pleasant and easy to work with as well as a helpful staff. Highly recommended if you need a surgeon.

Had hernia surgery, and Dr. Eustis and his team were awesome throughout entire process. Answered any questions and took care to explain the surgery and recovery. Hope I never have to go for surgery again, but if I do I know where I'm going.

He explained my procedure in detail. Has a wonderful bedside manner. Before my procedure he made sure I completely understood the risks involved and that all of my questions were answered. I was directed to him as a result of an emergency room visit. If I ever need surgery again I hope he is available to do it.

I found myself in a situation of going straight to the hospital for surgery. I have never had surgery, a hospital stay, or a chance to find a doctor. I met Dr. Eustis at the hospital and he explained everything in detail, and with patience and care. Within minutes I felt like my husband and I were talking to an old family friend. Dr. Eustis did an amazing surgical job and I am so grateful to him.

I found myself in a situation of going to the hospital for surgery with no time to shop for a doctor. I met Dr. Eustis in the hospital. Dr. Eustis fully explained my situation and options, and patiently answered all questions. Within minutes I felt like my husband and I were talking to an old family friend. Dr. Eustis did an amazing surgical job. I hope I never have to use him again, but he will be the first person I think of if I need another surgery!

I immediately felt very comfortable & confident with speaking & meeting Dr. Eustis. The information that he provided to me made the process extremely easy both prior & post surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Eustis!!

i chose to do an open incision for a double hernia, dr. tells me it will be like a tummy tuck. well, i hate everything about my results. when i went back he told me my pants were too tight! i removed 2 stitches myself after being infected, he never seemed to be concerned at all!
